hi, i dont really know what the other comments are talking about. i purchased this for my boyfriend and he loves it. the original price is 299.99, its $50 off (249.99) and it gives you a $50 gift card. i bought the item at its promoted discount price (249.99) and received my $50 on my target app and an email confirmation.

Where's the giftcard?
Device works fine so far, no complaints. I do have an issue with not recieving the advertised gift card nor have I figured out a way to get this addressed. Image shows the advertised gift card.

In the Target app, it said at the top that if I bought a Meta Quest, I would receive a $50 gift card and a $50 discount, but I didn't receive the gift card.

False advertising
The VR headset its self great, easy to set up. We did the 3month subscription. Not sure if it’s worth it yet since it’s so new. Games are fun and interactive. Had to get a second pair for my son. Issue is that they didn’t give me the gift card a second time! Be aware of the promotion that is advertised throughout targets website. It’s said “Save $50 on Meta Quest 3s 128gb or 256 GB + get $50 target gift card.” It’s false, never received the gift card; usually I get the promotion when it picked up/delivered. This time it was not the case. I had to call 4-5 different times in attempt to get promotion. They customer service support is a joke! Called several times. Basically I feel that they are going against “False advertising laws, enforced federally by the FTC and at the state level (like California's FAL)”.

Deceitful Advertising!
The product is awesome but the advertisement is really misleading. It says $50 gift card and it was $50 off so thinking you get a $50 gift card when you purchase the item. In reality you are charged for the $50 gift card separately and the gift card is non refundable so even if I return the item I’m still forced to buy the gift card. So frustrating. Don’t fall for it like I did.
