I know nothing about VR so this review will cover the very basics. This is a standalone product, you don’t need to connect it to a tv, computer, or gaming system (you can use a computer if you want I think). You do need an app but don’t need a Facebook account to set it up. You do everything through the Meta Horizon app. It was very easy to get it up and running. When looking through the apps it’s basically what you would expect at this point. Most things have a portion you can play for free but the full experience costs money. When playing a game you set up a perimeter that will hopefully keep you from running into the objects around you in the real world. As for the headset it, it is large and a little heavy. I think this version is one of the smallest lightest ones. It has form around the face but it does get really hot. My husband thinks there is some airflow which makes sense, but it still gets hot after a while. We had a limit of 30 mins on it, I think you would need that to take breaks and cool down. It was difficult to get it adjusted for my kids smaller heads (8 and 11 year olds) but we did figure out something. We added a winter hat at first but eventually got a close enough fit without it. It does cover most of their faces. I was being careful about what games we were putting on. We downloaded some penguin game but it turned out that it was an open game and other people were playing and could interact so we removed that one. I don’t want my kids playing anything where they could interact with others so sometimes it was trial and error on that. Overall, this was super popular for a week then my kids haven’t touched it. My husband is planning on playing the Batman game. The experience of it is really cool but make sure there are games that look interesting to you. There isn't a ton of storage on this so you will probably have to manage your games if you are playing a lot of them. And make sure you have the physical space to use it.

Received wrong item
Ordered item online. Target said item was delivered but actually shipped wrong item. The item received was smaller and something I have never ordered. Big price difference too. Customer service contact provided on website unable to help. Difficulty getting item credited and not able to replace in time for Christmas. I was directed to go into store for further assistance. Be careful ordering big ticket items online at this time.

A great starter VR headset
If this is your first VR headset, it won't disappoint. It's got all the great features of the Meta Quest 3 with a slightly older display design (borrowed from the Quest 2 model) in exchange for a more accessible price point. You won't want to put this down as once you try the immersive gaming experience, you can't go back to more traditional devices.

Excellent quality
This is my first and coolest VR set. It comes with a game included in it. It is very easy to set up and play. I love the picture and sound quality. You can add more game by downloading more games to it. Its very comfortable to wear. The battery last for over 2 and half hours for me. You can play with friends and also access social media accounts with it. It also comes with hand controller as well.

Blown Away
Totally blown away. I don’t know what I was expecting, I guess I haven’t kept myself up to date on virtual reality, but completely shocked when I put on VR set and was still able to see my surroundings in my house. Screens are easy to use, gaming is fun and so is all other aspects.

Fun
Easy to open packaging. Easy set up straight from the box. Easy to understand directions. Wrist straps on the controllers to help not throw them. Worlds and game offer clear picture. Head strap would be better if it went smaller.

Overly Impressed, user friendly, 5+ stars
This Meta Quest All-in-one headset is amazing and gives fantastic mixed virtual reality experiences. The graphics are clear and the lenses are easily moved by sliding them inwards or outwards for optimum crystal clear vision. The headstraps and headset itself are comfortable to wear and not too heavy feeling. The software is extremely easy to set up with on screen prompts and a quick app install on a smartphone. Also with this set, the Batman game is included, which is a major bonus with all the graphics and scenarios. The possibilities with this are really endless as it's so spot on for gaming, but can be used for exercising, moving watching (perfect for travel mode too), education, and business. It's really as customizable as the user wants to make it. I am overly impressed, highly recommend, and would give it more than five stars.
