Dirty Used controller
Literally bought this controller from target last night. When I got home and opened the box there was a dirty used controller inside. It had visible grime all over it and in the cracks. Flipped it over and the lettering was faded and the serial # didn’t match the one on the box. Awesome job! I can’t even get home and use it for month before it breaks due to these reviews, used junk from the store.
Avoid this and Xbox/Microsoft in general
Not 2 hours old, left stick not returning to center and registering full input to the left when joystick is moved half way. Recalibrated several times, adjusted tensioners, same thing. Completely unacceptable. Will be returning tomorrow. I used to be such a huge Xbox fan. What a fall from grace.
Product received was used, wrong color, and had chewed gum in the packaging.
Dont Buy
I opened it from box and it had scratches,missing a piece pad and the usb cable,not what I was expecting from target low blow
GOT SCAMMED
I ordered this elite series controller for a christmas present and did a drive up pick up order and when i got home i noticed the box was open and someone had replaced the elite controller with just the basic black controller that comes with a regular xbox! how could target let someone return that without checking the box that was clearly opened and the controller inside is dirty and worn down!!

Great controller
High quality controller if you're trying to take it up a notch!
Great when it works. Overpriced
Great controller for about 6 months. Best feature is the battery. Lasts forever. Good features are customizable, trigger selectors, weight and grip. Bad is the fact the LB and RB fail, stick drift, pieces falling off trigger selectors and inconsistent A button. If you don’t mind warranty fixes or electronics tinkering this controller is decent, but definitely overpriced.
Wow. Amazing.
Would definitely recommend. My left number stopped working after about a year. Still had warranty. Went to Microsoft returns, they instantly gave me a prepaid shipping label to return. I shipped it back and LESS THAN A WEEK LATER, I got a brand new one. No cost to me. Extremely amazing experience. I’m so impressed. Controller is amazing. It has an extremely professional feeling. Love it. Props to you Microsoft, you put Sony in for a shock.
