Unhappy husband
We grabbed this controller for $86 (after redcard discount & pickup/online discount) Got it home and husband was so excited until he realized it does NOT HAVE BACK PADDLES however it has the connection to add them (must buy separately.) Will be returning so he can buy something else.

Poor build quality
1 week after the warranty ended it stopped charging I assume that because it was a premium variant it would last longer than the standard ones but I was wrong Microsoft told me that the good news is I can just buy a new one.
SCAM
Came opened and with used and stolen
Wont stay charged when plugged in 24/7
Worked for the first 4-6 months, all of a sudden the controller won’t stay plugged in and refuses to hold charge.

Out the gate
You can definitely feel the quality as soon as you hold it, but….. the first game of COD I noticed that the LT when adjusted to the shortest pull only works when you push it to a certain angle. This happened the day I opened the box. I may do an exchange. I’m not sure yet.
