So far this headset is great it came in the mail freshly charged and came with a cord to charge it. now to get to the more personal aspects for me great headphones are loud and have great comfort these have both the ear muffs have great soft material the volume is great not to mention I can hear footsteps on games like call of duty now and when shots are fired on fornite I have some sense of direction. It has amazing bass and balances multiple audios amazingly. ????

Great Quality Headset!!
What a great gaming headset! Has good sound acoustics and a mic that folds for convenient use. Did NOT expect this premium quality sound on a gaming headset at all! Definitely buying one for my brother so we both can play with THIS! Battery life lasts forever at 80 hours, but is also comfortable for long-time usage. Also has a wireless USB-A adapter for multi-platform use. i use mine on my PS5. Thank you Influenster and Turtle Beach for this great headset! You just got a new customer!

These are really good headphones for gaming. It has great sound quality, wireless, long-lasting battery life, and very comfortable to wear. I like the design as well. It fits well, and it's not too bulky. I like that it blocks outside sound as well while gaming.

Great sound quality and comes with Bluetooth adapter for PlayStation
I LOVE these headphones, I am on PlayStation so the fact that they came with a Bluetooth adapter was a huge deal. They connected immediately and have great sound quality. The battery life runs forever on a single charge and the are solidly made and durable. They are my new favorite headphones to wear

An overall nice pair of headphones
These headphones have a variety of pros and cons. The pros: they are super comfortable. The ear pads are cushiony and the top is soft as well. The battery life is very impressive, I used it for at least 18 hours and they’ve still got plenty of charge left. They just feel generally good quality and are nice to wear. I will also say that I enjoy that they can go between Bluetooth and usb direct connection. The Bluetooth definitely works better than the usb in terms of quality when listening. Specifically, listening from a phone sounds great. They are easy to control for volume and otherwise. The charging is also using a usb-c cord, which is pretty convenient to find these days. Unfortunately there are some cons as well to these that bring the rating down to 3 stars. The cons: the wired connection from usb has more static than other pairs of headphones I have used, which takes away from the overall gaming experience. Additionally, if using these with Bluetooth to a pc, there is slight lag from whatever you are doing. Additionally, the microphone is probably a 6/10 as far as quality goes. Overall decent pair of headphones that are comfortable with a long battery life and an easy ability to toggle between Bluetooth and usb connection.

Great headphones with easy customization
I've been using these for a couple weeks on both the PS5 and PC. The sound quality on these are really good and they are pretty comfortable. I like the tight feeling of these and the build quality seems solid. The app is easy to use but I'd like to see more audio configuration options like the PC program has. I like the sound equalizer on the PC program, it's easy to configure how you want. I think adding additional frequencies like Steel Series Sonar has would be an improvement. The presets work great but i think adding more would be a big plus as there are only 4 available now. The superhuman hearing is a great idea and I like how you can select settings to isolate certain sounds in game. However, it distorts the overall sound so drastically that I couldn't use it long term. Being able to map the secondary volume wheel on the side is my favorite thing about this headset. The app makes it easy for my to switch from chat volume to ambient volume/mic monitoring necessary. I did think the highest mic monitoring setting was a little too low and would like to see increased mic feedback when set to max. I had some connectivity issues with the phone app after switching to PS5 after using the PC with the PC program. The app couldn't connect to my phone giving me a connectivity error. After closing the app and retracing multiple times I left it along for about 10 minutes. After which I tried again and it worked immediately. This happened a couple of times and is my biggest issue.
