I would say its a 4.5/5 but didn't wanna to give 4. I bought it primarily because of a sale + needed something which works everywhere (PC, Playstation, Switch) and this was perfect. It works 3 ways: through a type-c dongle (best, preferred), bluetooth (its fine so for phones its a decent) and through a jack cable (connect to devices like a wired headphone). Great packaging and plenty of cables. 7.1 surroud sound app is a possible bloatware, your choice.

Worked properly for two months on PS5
They work when they want to. When you first use them, they’re great. I’ve had them for four months and they no longer work. At three months in I had to resort to connecting them directly to the controller. That worked for two or three weeks and now they no longer work that way. A waste of money, and I don’t even know they’re warranty policy. FOUR MONTHS and they no longer work is crazy. Scam for sure.

I live in these headphones
The packaging was amazing and beautiful.The instructions are clear and concise. Overall headphones fit and wear beautifully. The Razer Barracuda X has a unique version of connectivity. It does not use Bluetooth. It uses a USB C dongle that instantly connects. I can switch that between my Galaxy, my PS4, my switch and my PC - just by moving the dongle to the new device. (On the PC I also have to change the sound output in settings). If I want to use it on my iPod I Can use the 3.5mm analog cable in wired mode. The headphones controls are easy to understand and use- for volume and answering calls. The surround sound is excellent, allowing me to get more kills in FPS matches I use my headphones for music listening as well, and enjoy marathon Spotify sessions with excellent clarity and dynamic sound response. The Bass is clear and the highs are solid. The mic is awesome. It only picks me up, which is great. My little sister is always busting in my room trying to say hello to my team or crack a joke about me getting sniped - They cant hear it. They can hear me however- and that makes for better matches and more wins.

Great for gamers
I received the Razer Barracuda X Wireless Gaming Headset a few weeks ago and the quality is awesome. My husband is an avid gamer and has tons of gaming accessories, he loves the quality of the Razer headphones. They are lightweight , comfortable and compatible with different video game platforms. The set up is very easy and gamer friendly. He loves Razer products.

Love these headphones!
I always love Razer products so it’s no surprise how much I like these! Everything you need is in the box! Charger, mic, Bluetooth adapter and usb-c adapter, so no need to worry if they will connect to your device! This completely eliminates the issue of having to go back to the store to make your product work which is super annoying. I’m really happy with the sound quality of these headphones as well. The lay nice and flat like, which I think is a great design feature. Additionally, they are metal inside, (I included a pic) so these are very sturdy, and built to last, so you likely won’t need new headphones for a long time! These deserve 10 stars! I noticed their was a review left saying that you can’t see which side the mic works on, but you can! It’s labeled on the mic with a little symbol!

Surprisingly (!!!) good multi-purpose headset.
When it comes to Razer headphones, I can't say I've ever been a big fanboy. For a variety of comfort, sound, and sometimes even software support difficulties, I've tried and passed on several wired/wireless incarnations of the Kraken, Nari, and Blackshark. The Barracuda X, on the other hand, came out of nowhere to completely exceed my expectations and deliver some outstanding gaming and multimedia performance on both the PC and Switch, all while resolving some of the comfort issues that plagued some of their past outings. All of this was available without the need for Razer's Synapse client, which can be bloated and resource-intensive at times. To be honest, I didn't think the Barracuda X would be a keeper. But it was a surprise and must keep for gamers , Strongly recommend this headset to all gamers.

Wonderful sound quality
The Razer Barracuda X gaming headphones have an incredible sound quality and are extremely comfortable. The foam on the earphones is thick and so comfortable that you forget you are using headphones. These headphones have a wide range of different uses from having the wireless connection ability to also having to separate plug in options! These also are very good at noise cancellation and I cannot hear things outside of the headphones. The only thing I noticed could be improved was the quality of the plastic, the buttons seemed a little cheap but the overall function of the headphones, the sound and the noise cancelling ability was very impressive! I would absolutely recommend these headphones if you’re a gamer or even just work from home and need something comfortable you can wear all day!

Great quality headphones with minor flaws!
I haven't tried this brand up until this product was gifted to me for review. I am pleasantly surprised. We buy gaming headphones at least 2x a year since me and my husband are big gamers. Here is what i love about this product. The USB-C dongle works with PC, Android phones, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation. We can literally change it up and and this headphones multipurpose. As my husband uses while gaming, I can easily connect to my phone and listen to my e books which is perfect. It has a very strong audio performance. The sound is clear and crisp. It has a very clear microphone. We haven't had any issues. There is no lagging. It is light and comfortable fit so I can take it out with me while walking and it doesn't give me any headaches. It is bundled up with lots of cables that are sturdy and tanglefree. One thing I wish it had was a headphone carrying case so we can take it to our trips. However you can still buy a cheap case that would work just as good. For the price tag these headphones are a dream come true. Also if you have a Playstation these headphones doesn't work without a wire. But you can still use it with a cord. Overall, I am really happy with the quality, sound and microphone. I would reccomed if you are looking for a solid headphones.

Great gaming headset
I bought this a month ago and have been using it everyday when I play video games such as call of duty. I love this headset because the sound is very loud and clear. My friends hear me clearly as well. The battery life is very long I only charged it twice so far. I love this headset!!
