Sound quality is very good. Could tell where people are in siege. Comfort is amazing as with my old Revolver headset from Hyperx. Build quality feels amazing and sturdy and looks very clean. Had tried a corair hs60 pro before this and was very bad. Stay with Hyperx!
Don't Waste Your Hard Earned Money
I agree with all the 1 star reviews, the quality is poor or non-existent and HyperX does not honor their 2 year warranty on the headset. I bought the HyperX Cloud Core Bluetooth Wireless Gaming Headset for PC (which is very similar to this headset for Xbox) which is using the same plastic clips that are attached to the side of the ear cups. The warranty is for two years, but when HyperX technical support was provided photos and video of the broken part (headset purchased in July 2023) they claim it is physical damage and not covered under the warranty. Physical damage from just putting on and taking off the headset? That’s ridiculous and just shows the materials used to make the product are cheap! It also speaks volumes about what type of company they are by not honoring their 2 year warranty. Perhaps they were getting too many product failures in their first year and the solution they came up with was to not honor the warranty due to “physical damage.” I cannot recommend their products based on my experience and you should be careful about spending your hard earned money on such a lack of quality headset.
Missing Critical Screws
Headphones were delivered without critical screws to attach the headband to the ear cup causing the pieces to fall apart
