Delivered to wrong place

Left package on the ground
I am glad I was able to receive my package after it was delivered to the WRONG place. I did not receive my package from a Target employee but from a a person who found my package on the ground by a gate & not by anyone’s door. Not sure how someone can be so careless & just leave a PlayStation 5 that I ordered on the ground. I am not satisfied with my service & will no longer be ordering online.

box was completely open at delivery. I don't think we will choose shipping when ordering through Target. luckily our system and game were complete in the box even though it was open.

Terrible shipping packing
Terrible shipping. The disc was out of its place inside the case because it got tossed around in shipping. I can only imagine how bad the PS5 got tossed too.

Beat up original packaging possible broken machine.
Arrived with a broken, scratched up box. Returning to store tomorrow to see if they’ll do an exchange. External box wasn’t damaged at all, so it was packed this way. What a hassle. This item was paid for full price for a new unit, not a refurbished or “open box” unit. Target shouldn’t be sending broken PlayStations. Buy in store if you go with this corporation.

PS5 box wasn’t sealed and has been gone through.. Also, it was not packaged correctly, should be bubble wrapped so the item doesn’t bang around. Christmas gift but will probably return.

P65 box was torn upon arrival
Box arrived opened unsure if this item is new or I was sent someone’s return. Hoping someone from target can resolve this for me.
