Already opened on delivery
Item itself was fine but why did it come already opened? I get the slightly smashed corners because of shipping but shipping doesn’t open it now does it so why would I spend $600 on something to be opened before I can open it? This is unacceptable.
Clearly Not New
Used. Box already open and ripped in places. the huge target box had zero padding inside it or bubble wrap during shipping so hopefully it works.
Not happy
Package came opened. The shipping box and the ps5 were both opened and damaged. Will have to see if console is damaged now too. A Xmas gift from target and this is what they do when they ship.
Brand New item, broken controller. box looked like previously opened. or returned.
I purchased this for Black Friday, I did the parking lot pick up, The employee brought it out and I could see that the little sticker that holds the box shut was already cut, I asked him if he could replace it with a different PS5, he said that that was the last one in stock, so I opened it in front of him just to make sure everything was in there and it was, but when I got home to set it up and started to play with it, I noticed that the controller joystick was broken and it doesn't reset back to the center, so I figure somebody at the store broke their personal controller and replaced my brand new one with theirs.
Box arrives open and torn
Delivery is awful. The package arrived open and box torn up. I just pray the system itself its fine. It's a gift so I didn't open up / set up. I'd recommend going in-store to purchase, avoid online.
best ps5 bundle...ever
i cant think of a better bundle to get for my first ps5! ive had ps1-ps5 now and this is such a gorgeous console with equally gorgeous controller. The game is something of wonder, exceeding my expectations by a long shot. highly recommended bundle!
