DO NOT BUY a Ps5!!!! Bait and switch!! Will send you a used Ps5
Bought online what was supposed to be a brand new Ps5. Opened the packaging box and it was already opened, safety seal cut and the Ps5 box lid was left open. No packing slip nor product invoice inside the packaging box. There is not a close Target store that I can go to. Target refuses to send me a return slip and says I can only go to a target store. DO NOT BUY a Ps5 from Target. They will bait and switch you and send you an opened/used Ps5. Shame Shame on Target. Target needs to do much better especially for a customer that has never made a return in over 20+ years. Literally never once ever made a return!

Item came open and looks like it has been used. Very disappointed I bought it as a Christmas present and I now how to repurchase and can’t even return. It also looks like it is missing some pieces and was thrown around while shipping. Overall super disappointed, if you wan to get this, get it in store and not online!
