New mutants (or as the Turtles coined them, Mewbies) have been doing well to be accepted by the citizens. But that all changed when some mutants began wreaking havoc. From the sewer to the skyscrapers, no corner is safe from the mess oozing through the city. It's got TCRI corporation written all over it. Now, it is up to the fearless four to unleash their unique ninja skills and stop the madness before the human-mutant relationship they worked for goes down the drain. Use that adrenaline pumping through your veins to save the city and enlist the help of April and Splinter.

Whether you are a seasoned ninjutsu master or a ninja in training, you can get through this new action-packed brawler game playing solo or in local co-op mode. Set in the Mutant Mayhem universe, it's filled with action, humour, and nostalgia.

Beautiful graphics, overall family-friendly fun
First, I want to say that the art for this game looks absolutely beautiful on modern tvs; the animation is in the same “comic-book” style as the recent TMNT movies, and it’s very fluid. My son is 7 years old, and we felt the controls and mechanics of the game were easy enough for the average kid his age to manage. The common bad guys in the game were defeated super quickly without much frustration. Be warned though - there is a LOT of dialogue, a lot of cut scenes, and a lot of loading screens. This may not be that big of an issue for kids, but for a seasoned gamer (like my husband), it became rather annoying. For every bit of game play, there was about a double as long stretch of dialogue or cut screens. This may become a bit boring for players that want more action. We had a great time playing with our son and he remained engaged despite all the talking. We will definitely keep playing this one as a family, but my husband and I both agreed that this one is designed for kids; easy game play, a lot of story, and kid-friendly slang.

The graphics on this game are so fun and creative. It feels like you’re inside the show. It’s pretty easy to learn how to play the game; There’s a storyline that the game follows.

Great game
My son loved this video game! It’s super easy to play, with a fun and engaging storyline. He recently started watching Ninja Turtles, so this game was the perfect match. The characters, action, and graphics really pulled him in, it kept him entertained for hours. If your kid is into the show or just loves action games. The performance needs a little work but it is not something a kid will notice. The sound quality is great. This is definitely worth checking out!

Decent game for TMNT fans
Good movement mechanics and game play, very good for TMNT fans. Size is around 8GB and was fast to download and easy to install. One thing I found irritating was that there were too many loading screens. Be it between fights and some cut scenes, which could have been avoided. But overall decent game.

Game is slow to start but lots of fun once you get
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed is a fun, bright, action packed game that’s clearly designed with younger players in mind. The art style and character interactions are fun and engaging, making it a solid choice for kids who love the TMNT universe. At first, the game had some frustrating elements like lots of cut scenes and very long loading times that may cause loss of interest early on. The co-op mode also seemed confusing at first. I selected the two-player option, but the game resumed in single-player, and later back to co-op mode. Later, I realized that some parts of the game are maybe meant to be solo only. Once we got past that and reached a section where we could select players again, the real fun began. From that point on, it was nonstop action and a great time for kids playing together. The co-op mode, once fully unlocked, works well and adds a lot of energy to the experience. Another frustration is the lack of level checkpoints. If you lose all your life, you're forced to start the entire level over, which can be especially tough for younger or newer players. Overall, Mutants Unleashed stumbles in the beginning with pacing and clarity, but if you stick with it, it becomes an exciting co-op game that’s perfect for younger players.

Great game for current world
Graphics are great. It's a fun adventure game with Ninja Turtle focus. Everything works well in this game, the player moves around well also. Worth the purchase.

An okay game.
The graphics are satisfactory, whereas the camera views are subpar. There are an excessive number of loading screens that take an inordinate amount of time to load. The concept is decent, but the excessive time spent waiting for the game to load is unacceptable. The controls are relatively easy to use. The sound quality is also satisfactory.

Love it
I love this game!! It’s so much fun to play with my daughter. It’s her first game on Xbox and she is really enjoying it. It took her two three days to understand how to play. Nice graphics it’s so clear! Sound quality is perfect not noisy at all!
