Excellent Quality, but less flexible
I bought this cable to replace my standard Xfinity supplied HDMI cable. After I ordered it, I read in a review that the monoprice cable was less flexible than most cables. The reason for this is that it is about 7.5 mm thick compared to the 5 mm thickness of the Xfinity cable. My concerns were that it might not be flexible enough for my use, as the HDMI outlet on my TV that I wanted to use is located on the side and the cable must bend down and around to my cable box. My concerns were unfounded, as I was able to pre-bend the cable and maintain the bend with a velcro strap. It appears to be a high quality cable. You just have to take into account the cable's extra thickness and stiffness when installing it so that it isn?t in an area where it can be bumped into and damage the HDMI connector of your device.
