My order arrived quickly and the product is exactly as described. It didn't come with a manual, but the PDF is easily found online and I prefer it this way (less waste). I needed a simple remote to access the basic functions of my Sharp TV and I got exactly what I wanted for an amazing price. The control is big with lots of buttons to (perhaps) access other functions, but I really don't care to explore. I can turn on/off TV, change channels and adjust volume. Happy customer. Unexpected bonus: it works also with second Samsung TV in the house.
