Packaged as well as factory. Easy setup. Came with Visio remote (no batteries). Clean picture and sound. Streaming works great. As new condition. Very pleased. One note; base legs are very wide apart so it may not fit on most standard TV stands. Update Using this TV for 4+ months now with no issues. It has no Yahoo crap and it does support Amazon Prime and most others. Easy if you have any intelligence.

This tv only worked for 2 months and because its past 30 days , I dont get a refund of the full amount I paid. I would never buy this again. Huge disappointment.

Great smart tv! Easy to set-up and use. Easy to use the smart features (NETFLIX). Perfect size for the room and the family loves it. Mounted to the wall in minutes!

Its been a pretty decent tv so far for being refurbished. The tv has randomly shut off on more than on occasion. Im not sure what causes it. That being said its not that big of a deal to me. I check the temp and it seems fine so I assume that the units slightly faulty or that the power source is questionable. Ive not tested either yet but I will. Ill update if I figure out what the problem is.

I’ve now bought 2 Vizio smart TVs. They are inexpensive and have the same quality picture as much more expensive TVs. The remote is light weight, and has easy access buttons for smart TV use. The shipping time and condition of packaging was superb.

Nice display, very little angler glare. Unit handles black/grey transitioning without jagged artifacts. If not wall mounting, the legs are secure and sturdy. Only complaint is with the placement of the speakers. Previously the 22" 2009 model sat flush on a surface, without legs. The speakers were built in to the base, sloping down and outward, projecting the sound out and up. These new models are designed along the bottom side, between where the legs clip on, and face straight down. Only way to get any decent sound out of it is to turn OFF surround sound, turn ON volume levelling, and set the mixer settings to clean. My guess this was a semi-intentional design flaw on Vizios part to entice the user to buy their surround sound system.

We had to return our first one of these televisions about 2 days after purchase because the picture stopped showing up. Fast forward to 9 months later. The sound only works when using the apps like Netflix and Hulu. It will not work on regular tv. Besides that, you only have about 30 apps to choose from to download... I would definitely NOT reccomend this tv.

I just needed a tv for a small bedroom, but I wanted one that had some quality to the construction. This tv works really nicely and is a great small bedroom tv. It would be good or a kids video game room too.
