I’m not a big electronic person, but as a mom I can say this tv suits my families needs perfectly. Not too big, not too small. Was easy to mount on the wall with a mount we purchased. The picture is clear and colors are vibrant. Sound is clear. And it’s easy to use. Zero complaints.
Vizio not what it used to be
I have owned numerous Vizio TV's and they always took a lot of abuse. I had one for almost 10 years then gave it away without a pixel lost. Before I bought this unit about 18 months ago many people said Vizio was junk and I was flabbergasted (boomer). I was in love with my Vizio 55" and 5.1 Vizio surround system (still love that) until the image attached. This TV has lived a charmed life and just died. I have a 7 year-old Samsung 45" in my garage that gets covered in sawdust, banged into, and subjected to temp swells and still works like a champ. If you must buy a Vizio (I am done) then you had better get a ext warranty.
Works great
I bought this over Black Friday weekend after months of debating it and I’m glad I did. My tv before this was a vizo 43” so I’m already familiar with their software. Upgrading to a 55” with 4K was definitely the best decision. The tv is very easy to use and the setup was quick and easy. The video quality is great and the sound is average (which I think all tv audio is average) so I have my Vizio soundbar hooked up. I also want to note to other people that just because your tv is 4k does not mean every streaming app or tv channel has 4k which can result in some things looking more blurry or pixelated like other reviews have mentioned.

We absolutely love, Vizio it is the only television I have in both of my homes and every room we love the quality this is a for sure family staple.????
TV occasionally flickers and frustrating remote
Ever since we bought it, it has a flicker that happens every couple of days. I have videos of it, but it doesn't really show up in a photo. I made the mistake of thinking it would work its way out, but it's getting worse. We have to turn the TV off and then back on again to get it to stop. I also really hate the remote. It is finicky and frustrating. The remote seems really cheaply made. Additionally, there is no way to change what appears on the main screen, as the TV is programmed to display its preferred content. Our 5-year-old was scared of the image shown in the uploaded image, but we had no options to make it not appear.
Great TV, picture is sharp
Very Disappointed – Do Not Buy
I purchased this 65-inch Vizio TV on August 17, 2024, and it completely stopped working in September 2025 — just a little over a year later. When I contacted Vizio support, they told me there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. It’s frustrating and suspicious that the TV broke right after the warranty ended. It feels like they’re selling products that are not built to last. DO NOT BUY!
Worked Fine, 'Til It Didn't
Less than two months in, and I take pristine care of my electronics, and green artifacts and horizontal lines started glitching my display. No rhyme or reason as to why. If you call Vizio, and they tell you they can send you a recertified TV, they can ONLY ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS! If you do not have a credit card, they can only refund you. Previously I had a small bedroom TV that’s continued to last me over a decade. This TV can last you two months.
