Only knock is that the remote is a little lower quality than some of my other Vizio remotes for higher end TVs, but thats to be expected at this price point. Great smart TV for the price. Picture and sound are pleasing and exceed expectations.
Bought a second, new remote control thinking that the first one was going bad. Bought TV in May 2018 - in July 2018, I occasionally couldnt control anything with the remote control. Couldnt even turn it off. Problem getting worse as time goes by. I have since read reviews and seen complaining about this problem.
Perfect! I had to saw the legs off a 1/2" in order to fit under the cabinet but I knew this prior to ordering. I thought you made a mistake and sent a "new" unit it was so well packaged/
These tvs are perfect. We have another one we bought 3 years ago and it still works great
Bought this "like new" and was pleasantly surprised to find it actually looked like it had never been opened! Easy to set up, connect to WiFi, and though it took about a day to update and download all the apps (Amazon Prime etc) its working great. However, no reviews mention this - the TV will ONLY play MP4 files through the USB port - very disappointing!!! I cannot use my external hard drive will this at all.
