Received Opened/Damaged Product
Would have loved to give this tv a try, but it arrived damaged. The box was opened from it making its way through FedEx. When I received it and set it up, had to take it back down for return. Wish this was in stock in store and not for shipping only.

overall amazing for price!
this TV is probably one of the best TCLs we've owned. I think it has great picture quality and fits all our needs. I rated it four stars which I would have rated four and a half if possible due to the cord not being long enough we had to use the old cord from her previous TV.
Tv came shattered
Target do better!
I received a 55inch instead of the 65inch tv I ordered . Customer service is horrible . Delivery guy tossed the tv and tv slipped down the stairs.
Sleeper Tv
The Tv Is great for entertainment and gaming so far so good, Love the tv first time trying brand way better compared to budget brands has Apple TV and google play pre installed has tons of apps it’s A Great Tv picture quality good and shipping literally was the next day I purchased the 65 inch
Caveat Emptor
Beware when buying electronics from Target, especially online. My shipment was delayed and arrived damaged. I was hoping that the damage was superficial and had opened the box to inspect. The TV was definitely bent at the corner. I immediately initiate a return and shipped it back the next day. It took almost a week for the TV to reach Target. Then I had to wait almost 2 weeks for Target to process the return (Their SLA was 5 - 10 business days). All this for Target to decline the return stating that the product was used. I called Target and supposedly they initiate a case with issue resoloution team. Their SLA is another 5-7 business days. Meanwhile, I'm out of a few hundred dollars and no merchandise. Lessons learned, do not buy expensive items from Target online. If you have to return an item, make sure to do it in store. Never ever shipped it back.
I love this tv!
This is a great tv. You can speak into the remote like a microphone to get to whatever streaming service you want. I’m still learning a lot but don’t worry, my nine year old is teaching me. The picture quality is great, especially coming from someone who hasn’t upgraded their tv in about six years- but still, it’s amazing. I love the size and the sound also. I got it for $236 because I’m lucky like that!
