i honestly was greeted well while approaching my interest in the tv . it's a wonderful ???? tv my children enjoy it ???? got it during black Friday they helped with the transition of paying got me help with all questions n and answer helpful with insurance coverage. helped escort it out. very polite id definitely go back to buy more electronic related items. from target. having the tv while watching our fave shows n movie it's like a movie theater ????

Broken LCD/LED screen on purchase not covered by TCL warranty
I bought a TCL 43" TV on Target's Cyber Monday sale. So excited! Until I plugged it in! LCD/LED is kaput/damaged/broken! I spent more than 20 minutes with TCL's customer service trying various resets until I got to the final kicker: TCL's warranty does not cover cracked screen or non-screen internal damage causing lines on the screen!!! Whaaat? TCL's customer service line said I could pursue resolution if I bought an extended warranty. I picked the TV up from Target yesterday! If 1 day needs an extended warranty with a clear product defect, I suggest never, ever buying TCL. Buying this TV is playing Russian roulette with your money. I need an an actual TV and not a chance at a TV for my money.
