This SunBrite outdoor tv is the best! We have it hooked up and mounted on our screen porch. The picture is super clear and bright and a pleasure to watch. I would highly recommend SunBrite TV’s.

Do not waste your time or money on these HEAVILY over priced TV’s! UNLESS you plan on the TV being actively rained on, a regular TV on your patio or covered Lanai is just fine. Back when TV’s were $3,500 for a 55” it made sense to buy weatherproof for outdoor. They weren’t a ton more money and the weatherproofing kept the investment from failing. But now with the cost of really good 55”-70” TV’s in the $300-$800 range, you can replace the TV every couple or years for a long long time before you’d ever spend $4,500! There is nothing dangerous about having a regular TV on your patio. Unless you are standing in the rain holding the power cord where it enters the TV there is no issue. These SunBrite TV’s should be no more than $1,000 MORE than an average TV. It doesn’t cost that much to build the weather proof enclosure with the weatherproof inputs. The cost of TV manufacturing has dropped significantly in the last 10 years but SunBrite hasn’t dropped their prices. Only a fool or careless individual would buy one of these.
