Best Frame Yet — Worth the Upgrade, Minor Tweaks
Very easy setup from start to finish. The picture quality is excellent, and the menus and software are intuitive and responsive. Coming from a 2021 Frame TV, the improvements are noticeable and appreciated. That said, it would be great if older Frame models could continue to receive software updates for a longer period. The installers did a great job overall, especially given the mounting constraints. One area for improvement would be a sleeker power-cord design or the option to include a recessed power plate with installation. While the included spacers help, there is still a slight bulge where the outlet sits behind the TV, which detracts a bit from the “frame-flush” look the product is known for. Overall, an excellent TV with premium visuals and software—just a few refinements away from being perfect.

Beautiful Upgrade to my Living Room
I love my Samsung Frame TV. It was a big investment for me. It matters who you buy it from. I bought mine from a company that has very good customer service. The TV has required many service appointments to make adjustments. It has some interesting features. I purchased a subscription from Samsung to use The Art Mode. It also allows me to upload my own photos from my IPHONE. I wish that the TV came with an owner’s manual. It has taken me several months to learn how to use it. Even though it’s not like turning on a typical flat screen TV, I’m still happy that I bought it. I would not have been able to install it by myself. So, I do depend on getting help from the retailer that I purchased it from.
The TV That Doubles as Art
The display was stunning — crisp, colorful, and genuinely convincing as framed art when not in TV mode. The picture quality is fantastic, especially in Art Mode, where it blends perfectly into the room instead of screaming “electronics.” The matte display kills glare, colors look natural, and it even adapts to room lighting so artwork looks real day or night. Smart features are smooth — easy setup, good remote responsiveness, and solid integration with apps. The invisible wall mount makes it sit flush, which completes the illusion. I added the Modern Teak bezel later, and that small touch just ties everything together. My guests genuinely think it’s a framed print. Excellent Picture Quality & Seamless Smart Feature
I’ve been using this Samsung TV for a few weeks now and I’m very impressed overall. The resolution and display quality are outstanding—sharp details, vibrant colors, and excellent contrast whether watching movies or regular TV. The panel handles motion smoothly and performs well even in bright rooms. Connectivity has been seamless. HDMI eARC works perfectly with my sound system, and switching between external devices is quick and reliable. Wi-Fi and streaming apps connect without any issues. The sound is good for built-in speakers, but it really shines when paired with a soundbar. Dolby support integrates smoothly. The interface is fast, intuitive, and easy to customize. Apps load quickly and the remote is simple and responsive. Overall, this feels like a premium, well-thought-out product and I’d confidently recommend it.
Cream of the crop
The 85” frame tv has delivered as advertised. So nice to have the artwork when the tv off. Great selection of available art. The tv delivers as well when steaming sports and movies. Looking to purchasing at least one more smaller one for another part of the house.
Love Samsung TV’s
We purchased our first Frame 65 inch tv for our Florida home about 3 years ago. Just bought another for our home in Illinois. Love the art display when not watching tv and the new Frame rotates through seasonal scenes. We also have two more 65 inch non frame that we use outside in both location. Many other smaller Samsung tv’s in other rooms and only experienced one problem in the past 5 years which was resolved quickly.
Perfect for living rooms
We bought a new condo recently which we outfitted with a new West Elm media console and bookcases. We had the 65" Samsung Pro TV installed on the wall over the media console. The Frame Pro is spectacular in terms of display quality and brightness, features and functionality with the art subscription being the highlight. No one wants to look a huge black screen most of the day. The beautiful rendering of the world's greatest art has us having the Frame Pro TV most of the day. All our visitors love it as well. The wireless bridge device connects via an eARC connection to our Wiim Ultra streaming amplifier and Elac speakers for wonderful sounding movies, shows and music.

Frame pro
Beautiful tv. Nice picture. Only negative is that you can’t have the Samsung box more than approx 3 feet away from your tv or the voices don’t match with the sound and the picture freezes.
Frame TV is amazing
I like that it looks like a piece of art when not in use.
