Ordered this TV because we moved into a new home that had a TV niche in the office - we needed a smaller TV to fit into it. The price on this refurbished made it very attractive because we are fans of Samsung. It was very easy to set up. Picture and sound are great. Our stand/feet were included and with 4 screws we were ready to go. This is a great TV for what we needed; I was glad to see the refurbished price!

Tv works and looks fine as all of my Samsungs do. My issue is that it has a power brick instead of a simple power cord. Its an issue if you are mounting it on the wall like I did. The length from the TV connector to the brick is approximately 52" I will have to tie mine behind the TV some how and purchase a longer 120v cord.

The TV arrived well packed and working fine. However, if this info helps anyone...when I tried to wall mount the TV, none of the screws that came with the wall mount kit fit this TV. So, incase anyone else runs into this issue...It required four M4-25mm screws. The normal wall mount kits only come with M4-12mm and M4-35mm. Would like to say that I could give this product a good review. However, and I guess this is on me but I didnt realize that this was a refurbished TV. But in my opinion I seriously Overpaid for this TV. Sadly the picture goes dark then completely out when used in the "Standard" picture settings. I didnt realize this until it was to late to return it. I know refurbished is "supposed" to be a good deal but I never buy refurbished items. Why do I want something that someone else has already deemed not good enough to keep. Again this is on me. I guess I just didnt see the "Refurbished" part. I can get a bigger better and new TV for way less money at Walmart. Which in the end is exactly what I should have done.

Seems to be a nice TV so far. Took some adjustment to get the picture quality how I like it. Has a handful of "motion control" settings that are on by default. Personally not a fan of it, makes high end movies look like they were recorded as a cheap soap opera. Im mainly giving 3 stars because the base was NOT included. It currently rests on a couple pieces of 2x4 with foam board behind it to rest on the wall. Luckily I plan on wall mounting, just waiting on the mount. So buyer beware....base stand may not come with a refurbished model.

Just got it, barely use it, but when I do the picture and volume go dead for several minutes at a time after about a half hour of use.....essentially unwatchable ...it’s absolutely maddening!!
