Poor manufacturer packaging, leaves the screen very exposed to breakage. Do not order for shipment, and look closely at the box when picking up in the store. Didn’t notice the box damage on one side until I unpacked it and the screen was shot when I plugged it in.

My husband asked me to order this Roku TV- good price, what he wanted, BUT Target, STOP SHIPPING WITH FEDEX! The manufacturer box arrived with 2 huge holes and was half opened on the end! Called Target customer service and they didn’t seem to care, just kept repeating things I said and asked for every possible number and address in addition to my name! Haven’t set it up yet but rating is average of Roku (5) and FedEx (1).

Damaged TV screen
I ordered a TV online, and it arrived with a completely shattered screen. I followed all the return instructions and shipped it back right away, but my return was denied. Now I’m stuck waiting to hear back from customer relations, with no TV and $200 lost. The customer service has been awful — no answers, just delays. Honestly, it feels like a scam. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
