Open the tv box and their is just a crack I. The screen first thing I turn on I hope they can swap a new one out for me.
Junk!
If I could give it no stars, I would. Tv is so lightweight that the dresser it was placed on was bumped, tv fell forward (not falling off dresser) and is now RUINED! Will not be purchasing another!

I purchased this TV in February and 99% of the time when you turn it on its circles saying that there's a problem with the network. There is no problem with the network in my home. There's a problem with this Vizio TV. It is one of the worst TVs I have purchased and I have purchased many.
