The TV has a great picture but does not adequately support my audio needs. I am hearing impaired and my wife has normal hearing. I have been using headphones so we both can enjoy sound on the same TV simultaneously. There is no A/V out feature on the TV, only an optical out jack, which I used for a soundbar. Since I cannot use the RF Headphones I have been using, I purchased Bluetooth headphones. They work fine, but the TV does not allow its internal speakers and/or external speakers to work simultaneously with the Bluetooth feature. That means if I use the Bluetooth headphones, my wife cannot use any of the speakers, and if she uses the speakers I cannot use the Bluetooth Headphones. I asked LG support for assistance, their answer was to purchase a digital to analog box attached to the digital audio out plug which will work, but only if I discontinue use of the soundbar currently using the digital audio out plug. I purchased the TV from "Beach Camera Same Day Shipping", a 3rd party Amazon vendor. They got the TV to me in a hurry but did not send 5 of 6 items in their included bundle of goodies until I sent an inquiry, which they responded to immediately. I would do business with them again.

If youre looking for the next best thing to a Big Format Gaming Display, look no further! This TV is an excellent companion for a Home Theater PC, an Xbox One X, or really any gaming setup at all! Heres what youre looking at with this display: Pros: *Excellent low input lag. *Excellent color handling and accuracy, with full PC RGB 4:4:4 support. *Excellent motion handling and clarity. *Excellent viewing angles with no noticeable color distortion. *Supports most HDR formats. *Handles 1440p at 120Hz or 4K at 60Hz with HDR enabled without any color compression. *Supports Enhanced Audio Return Channel for uncompressed surround sound with all of the latest standards. *Supports true, full HDMI 2.1 bandwidth and features on all four HDMI ports. HDMI Variable Refresh Rates works perfectly on Xbox One X but it wont work with G-Sync nor with FreeSync, at least until AMD updates their drivers for the latter. Abt Electronics claims that the VRR active range is 45-120Hz, and that sounds about right from my experience playing Xbox One X games that are known to drop frames into the 40 fps range. Cons: *Extremely dark scenes in a dark room will look crushed out as grey. *Extremely bright scenes in a dark room will show blooming and light bleed. *It doesnt look like theres a way to turn off the pointer feature of the smart remote, which may select different items while you are trying to use the directional pad to navigate. *Panel uses 8-bit color with an advanced dithering technique to synthesize 10-bit color, but it doesnt support a full 10-bit display. Though it will still accept a 10-bit input source with HDR10 enabled. You honestly wont notice the difference, but still with mentioning. *Probably doesnt support full 4K at 120Hz - we wont know for sure until HDMI 2.1 GPUs start coming out to test if the Alpha 7 Gen 2 processor can handle it or not. NVIDIA Control Panel seems to suggest that 1440p at 120Hz is the limit for PC mode and 4K at 60Hz is the ceiling for TV mode. LGs Nano Cell TVs get you the best of most of todays various display technologies with only a few minor drawbacks that are still worth mentioning, but are far from deal breakers for me. I would much rather deal with some crushed grey here and there than deal with the hideous color distortion or permanent screen burn in that are common with other technologies. This TV really is meant for gamers more so than for movie aficionados, though its pretty easy to recommend as a jack of all trades option for this price range. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase and can easily recommend this as the go to option for anyone looking for a TV in this price range but still debating about which of the many new TV technologies to ultimately settle on. I have no regrets about my purchase and I would gladly buy again!

Very good TV. This TV has Dolby Vision, but the ad listing does not list it as a feature. This is one of the benefits of this TV as Dolby Vision is far superior to HDR10 or HDR10+ for high dynamic range content.

After reading many profession and customer reviews of various tvs this size, we purchased this one based on it providing a clear picture when viewing from the side as most of our living room seating is to the side of the tv and not directly in front. We are very pleased with this feature. The only negative, and we found this will all of the tvs we reviewed, is with the sound quality not being up to par with the picture quality. Fortunately when we purchased this tv it came with a free sound bar which improves the sound.
