The TV works great, however, I did remove one star as the screws included were not long enough to put the stand together correctly. Absolutely no issues since then.

Bought this as a cheap replacement when my old TV died. I wasnt expecting much to begin with, other than a screen to play SNES and Switch games on. For this purpose, its great for a refurbished product. The picture and sound quality are acceptable for what I use it for. However, this TV is described as having an ATSC Tuner and, while it does have the firmware to match, it simply does not work. You can scan all you want til the cows come home but you will not find any channels from local free broadcast. Online research has brought up several other Element television owners encountering the same issue. Perhaps the ATSC Tuners in these units are oft DOA. Perhaps theres just a large faulty batch. Some suggest Element is stealthily depleting a reserve of deprecated analog tuners (tuners must be digital in this era). Whatever the case, youll likely need to buy an external ATSC Tuner if you want to watch local programming on one of these. Though the issue is with functionality I did not originally purchase the product for, I feel I must subtract a star from the rating for what is slight false advertising. Ideally, Id love for Element or Amazon to comp me an external tuner, but Im not going to hold my breath on that one.

Really nice and lightweight, picture quality is nice, but that really is a personal preference kind of thing. The touch controls on the TV housing are on the bottom center of the viewing screen, which can be great or horrible, depending on your intended use. The television this one was replacing had a pedestal mount, and stood about 6 to 8 inches above the stand we were using, so the "4 legs" mounting seems REALLY short (only 1 and a half inches between the bottom of the bezel and the surface), but in another context, it is also low profile. Getting the color settings right has proven a bit difficult as the color/brightness/tint values change based on the input used. In my previous experience, I could make the adjustments once, and it would apply to all inputs for the display, on this one, it needs radical retuning on each input separately.
