This TV was the best purchase I have ever made on Amazon, and perhaps the best Ive ever made in general. The quality is truly respectable, and I would never guess this product was refurbished. Their refurbishing team is very talented. This TV is HUGE for the price, all while maintaining quality. Its unheard of for a television of this caliber to list at such an affordable price. I thought honestly it would have more drawbacks when I had owned it and used it heavily for a while. I am pleasantly surprised to be able to say the graphics are great, crystal clear and bright with no lagging or issues syncing the audio to the video. I never have any problems linking my comcast box, my retro gamecube gaming system, or my modern PS4 console, and was even happier to see enough ports to have all 3 of these connected at the same time. Its also very fast, always loading quickly from the power-on screen, or during shut down. It doesnt ever lag badly when maneuvering through smart functions either, even when accessing internet apps! Honestly, if youre on a budget but want a TV that is large enough for your whole family to enjoy, while maintaining graphic and audio quality, the Element ELEFW328R 32" 720p HDTV (Certified Refurbished) from the Element TV Company was honestly a HUGELY pleasant surprise. Because of the 5 star reviews, I purchased this item and disregarded the 1 star reviews. Big mistake! The TV came with a big "crack" in the LED screen, much like others here have described. Also, I couldnt get any stations to come through. It was just a bright, broken screen. Im not sure how the seller keeps getting away with this. Perhaps they have enough people who dont bother to return the item, that its worth it for them to keep recycling broken products. Do yourself a favor, dont take the gamble I did. Stay away from this product.

Received today and should have listened to the bad reviews. Hooked it up, tried to turn it on. Okay maybe the remote doesnt work. TV finally turns on to some setup screen. Suddenly gets stuck on an overscan screen. No response from the TV via the remote or the buttons on the TV. It wont turn off, or read signal from any of the devices I hooked up to it. Just a little square of static in the middle of the screen. Contacted Amazon to start my return and will be sending this crappy thing back. It looked really nice, no visible damages, but just doesnt work. Disappointing because it was going to replace my moms CRT TV.

I just set it up this morning and I already love it. Its a great tv and the picture is very high quality. The sound could use a bit of work but using the settings to change it is no problem. My Xbox and Playstations are all plugged in and I cant wait to use them. The only little downfall is that theres no video output to plug in older AUX cords, so youd have to get an adapter for say a PS2. I was worried that the tv would be damaged or not work, but I got it and I swear its a brand new tv. Highly recommend for someone on a budget!

Perfect for a kids room! It works perfectly and the picture looks great. The price is amazing too. Although its not exactly similar to the one in the picture, it serves its purpose at a great price.

The TV works great, however, I did remove one star as the screws included were not long enough to put the stand together correctly. Absolutely no issues since then.

Only played with it one evening so far, so no word as to reliability and such, but as a refurbished item, I could not tell just what was refurbished. This is my first TV in about 20 years (Ive gone that long without one), and the first one Ive ever bought (I have family coming into town, so I got it for their evenings). In retrospect, had I researched the offerings more I may have gone for a TV that has its own WiFi connectivity built-in, but I bought this with an Amazon FireStick, and its all great so far.

For the price, an excellent second set for the bedroom. Good picture quality for 780p and enough HDMI ports to take care of the Roku and other items I need attached to the set. Not particularly happy with the inability of the set to read more than one digital movie file, as Im having to convert movies to the format it uses (sometimes with not-so-hot results. Overall, a good purchase and a wise choice for a bedroom or second TV.
