EDITED 15JUN2019 No! No! NO! So, the one I sent back that was slightly out of warranty, was not repaired for 60 dollars. It was replaced with one that didn’t work. So I sent it back. Got another one. That one didn’t work so I sent it back and another one was sent. Guess what? It doesn’t work long. It runs off battery and shuts down. The attentiveness of customer service was decent, but the product didn’t last. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I did not get my value for this projector. —————— I got mine today and ran it through the paces. It came in an Amazon box and within the Amazon box was a plain white box. It was missing the remote control. I contacted AAXA and they responded to me within 15 minutes and will ship the other one today. Thats service! Now for the projector itself: I had the AAXA HD pico before. So I can really contrast the two. It is easy to operate. The owners manual was not included but there is one on their site. My former projector the AAXA Pico HD was 50 lumens. This one is a much noticeable difference at 130 lumens the only drawing 13w tops. The colors are much more vibrant and more realistic than the other. Because of the onboard RAM and memory, the whole thing runs smoother. It has built in wifi and Bluetooth. Hooked it up to wifi like a breeze. Hooked it up to my Bluetooth headphones and speaker. It throws a much larger picture than the last. I have mirrored it off my phone and through the cable with no noticeable difference in quality of sound or picture. Also it is very easy to turn off and on with the switch in the back. Something that I had trouble with in the last model. Mine did come with a power adapter. I was worried that it wouldnt because the previous model, you had to purchase it separately. I couldnt find where to buy one. I was put at ease when there was one in the box. I plan on using this for home movies and camping. This will more than fill the bill. And I love the size being a minimalist. If anything should happen to this I would buy another. Edit 17DEC18 After having this over a year the power connection began to wiggle loose. I would be unaware of this until the battery gave out, usually within the last moments of a movie. Knowing that it was out of warranty I contacted customer service anyway. They were kind and easy to work with. For a small fee they said they would repair it. They did and shipped it back to me quickly at no charge over the repair fee. After having this projector for over a year and a half, I have read several things about it. Yes it would be nice to have different features. But that is not what I agreed to and bought at the time. It is what it is and it’s not what it’s not. And I did receive the remote quickly and it worked well, then as time went on it didn’t work well. I got the bright idea to change the battery and BANG! It worked better than new. So look into changing the battery after a while if you experience problems with it. I would buy this again. I do recommend it highly and I recommend the customer service. I am not paid or affiliated with AAXA That’s my story and and I’m sticking to it.
