I set them up and got them from target and when I put them online the app works and all but the lights stay on white and don’t change colors or the remote doesn’t work returning for a different lights then this

So, they snt me an already opened item that had simply been removed. That is not what I paid for; I paid for new.

Lamp is backwards
Just got my light and put it together. It the lights are meant to be facing the wall why is the cord and name on the side with the lights It seems backwards. Or all the pictures are wrong.
