I recently upgraded my TV from Samsung to Sony. The change was so positive that I decided to replace all my electronics with Sony products as well. The TV was a great start, and the addition of the Sony HT-S6 theatre soundbar to that TV has significantly improved the viewing experience. It works in conjunction with the TV as well, it uses the TV speakers as a centre speaker. Overall the sound is magnificent, I was a little apprehensive at first about Dolby Atmos and if it actually worked but to my suprise it works brilliantly. Crystal clear sound, beep tight bass, many options within the app to set the sound just right for how you like it. Was easy to set up as well, took less than 5 minutes, pretty much plug and play. Everything you want to do to it really is just personal preference.

Surpassed expectations
I received the Sony Bravia Sound Bar 6 with subwoofer for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I haven’t ever used auxiliary sound equipment with my TVs before so I enjoyed using the sound bar and subwoofer because it enhanced my viewing experience when watching movies and shows. The sound quality was much better than the native speaker in my Samsung tv of course and also better than expected. It was super simple to connect via bluetooth to the tv and get it all set up so I was in business less than a half hour after opening the box. I do live in an apartment complex so the subwoofer on the floor takes some adjusting so I don’t disturb my downstairs neighbors. I’ll definitely continue to use the product because of the quality alone. Just one gripe, the power cords aren’t long enough to customize for your individual set up so keep that in mind if your power outlets aren’t directly behind where you’d like the speakers placed. I have to re-organize my entertainment center for better cable management for this reason.
Great sound when it works!
My brother tried using this product for his living room TV and no sound came through at all, but once we switched it my sisters TV, it was great! The sounds came through so clear and she really enjoys using this to watch movies! It’s also small so we like that you can’t really notice it

The wireless sub delivers deep, powerful bass that can truly shake a room—though it tends to dominate the mids if left at default settings; dialing it down by –3 or more is recommended! If you’re mainly focused on upgrading your TV’s audio for movies, sports, and dialogue-heavy content—not necessarily streaming music—the HT‑B600 delivers excellent value. Its 3.1.2ch setup, combined with thoughtful tech (Voice Zoom 3, DSEE), creates a cinematic experience far beyond standard soundbars.
Amazing sound
We installed the soundbar in the living room and tested it with action movies as well as our regular shows. The bass is loud and the sound quality is amazing. So happy with this soundbar
Great system, but wish it showed a volume level
This system is great! Set-up was a BREEZE and it works seamlessly with my Samsung TV straight out of the box. Sound quality and bass are both excellent. My only little complaint is when I turn the volume up and down on the TV remote, the icon that comes up on the TV screen doesn’t show a volume level (a numeric value - see my photo for reference). Similarly, there’s no display on the bar itself showing a volume level. I have this in my kids’ playroom and generally I know what volume level to keep their TV set to, but using this system, I have to listen and gauge with my ears. Obviously not a deal-breaker, just a bit of a bummer when I’m trying to move quickly around the house.
Better than movie theatre quality
Installing these was quick and easy, connecting and synchronizing via Bluetooth to my phone was also simple.. setup overall took no longer than 20 minutes. I love that i can control it through my phone like a stereo system. It’s not heavy at all so I can easily move it around.. movie night is the best I’ve had people say it sounds like movie theatre quality but better because it’s in the privacy of our own home and we can adjust it to our liking. My mistake was installing it in my parents living room because now they want to keep it there so I’ll have to buy another one for my own home.. which isn’t terrible because it’s definitely worth it. As a horror movie enthusiast this is the only way I’ll watch movies from here on out.
Soo much better than the TV speakers
This is so much better than smart TV, TV speakers, you can't hear it normally without cranking it amd the sound quality is flat. But with the new sound system it's more like a movie theater experience. I would reccomend it. Came in a huge box shaped like a chair lol
100% SATISFIED GREAT THEATER SYSTEM
The Sony BRAVIA Theater Bar is Incredible!! My husband loves it! The system has a clear sound and stereo bass. The design fits perfectly under the television. The remote control work great and easy to use. You don’t really need it as soon as you turn on the television the speakers automatically turns on. Installation was about at most 10 minutes. My 16 year old son completed the installation without any help. The item was securely packaged. Don’t hesitate to purchase you won’t regret it!
