Bad adhesive
I’ve had this Popsocket for a little over a year. I’ve never taken it off of my phone case. I’ve never moved it/adjusted it or anything. The adhesive is detaching.. like it’s damaged, or it’s gone bad. I’ve used multiple Popsockets before, I’ve used Popsockets that’s I’ve taken off and used many times over, and I’ve never had this happen. I will be holding my phone, and I feel the phone moving and the Popsocket is detaching. I’ve tried pressing it down and letting it set overnight, but that doesn’t help. I have an old popsocket from years ago that I will be attaching in its place. Not sure why the “newer” ones don’t last as long.

Chrome Mermaid scratches easily
I got the Chrome Mermaid PopSocket, and I'm a bit disappointed. It's pearlescent and pretty when it catches the light (not as blue/purple tinged as the photo shows, more white pearl), but it scratched almost immediately! After just a month of use, there's visible smudges and scratches that really put a damper on the shiny effect.
Damaged
The packaging was already damaged upon arrival, but I proceeded to open it just in case. Found that the sticky part was removed and destroyed.

How mesmerizing...
I didn’t know what to expect when I decided to include this in my purchase for my new iPhone, but I’m not disappointed! When you follow the instructions for functionality, you can’t go wrong with this pop socket!

The bigger and heavier cell phones are getting, the more necessary a pop socket is for me. It helps so much with holding your phone and ensuring it doesn't fall on your face. Yes, that may have happened to me before pre pop socket days haha I just got the iPhone 11 Pro Max and put my pop socket on a Speck case. Holds up pretty good!
