Otterbox kids ipad case
I bought the case for my 2 & 3 year old. Great sturdy case with good protection. It looks stylish. I do wish there was a built in screen protector. The kick stand sucks. The iPad falls down easily. I also don't like how the iPad can't lay flat due the bulky back. Overall I think the case will do its job protecting the iPad.
No protection!
iPad barely fell off couch and the entire screen cracked. Had it for 6 days. So disappointed!
The stand/handle will not stay on.
The case itself is nice, but he has only been using it for 10 days and the stand will not stay on. It no longer snaps into place and falls off under the weight of the iPad. Maybe this one is defective, but as it is one of the main selling features doesn’t work as expected.
DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY! Kid dropped iPad, it landed on the back knob handle and the entire frame of the iPad bent and the screen completely shattered. It must have been how the iPad landed because it only dropped about 3 feet. Now we have to completely replace the iPad due to this design flaw. Super disappointed.
Does not standup
Awful thing does not standup. The back piece slides off so no way keep it prop it up. Worthless design.
Not worth the money
Awkward case with the knob on the back. Does not fit around vehicle headrest handles. Also the 4 corners are very sharp and almost pointed inward, so I can see why iPads cracked. Gray back piece will not last and isn’t very bendable Do not recommend at all.
Junk - don’t get fooled by brand name like I was!
Bought our kids iPads for Christmas, and OtterBox cases to protect them. In just a couple days, and after only one drop, our daughter’s iPad has a crack all across the screen. Very disappointed!!! I could’ve saved the money not buying this and have the screen break anyway.
doesnt fit 9th generation well
within a week i had to return this. My ipad cracked and had to be replaced. This case doesn’t fit 9th generation securely
Not enough for rough kids
Yesterday I would have given this 5 starts but today my 9 year old shattered his iPad while in this case. No, he didn’t hit the screen, he hit the edge of the case.
Problems with handle
We love the case our only problem with it is the easy grab holder broke and we can no longer put it on our I pad. Other then that it was a great product for us I just wish the handle would have held up better.
I wish my first order didn’t get stolen
It didn’t come with the Grip ridges it was only the case. My daughter do like the color case she have.
Bent my ipad
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Brent my sons IPad and eventually shattered the screen. I bought it because I thought it was a great idea to have the built in pop socket but it’s not. Within 4 months of purchase the screen shattered out of nowhere and when I took it out of the case I saw the iPad had been bent due to laying the table down on the pop socket if that makes any sense. Otter box said there was nothing they could do about it. Screen shattered due to how it was bent.
