Super slim and compact AI recording device
The Plaud AI Voice Recorder is a super cool and compact gadget. It is very slim, and easily fits on the back of my iPhone. The magnet it comes with, along with the case, fits the device really well. The packaging that the Plaud AI Voice Recorder comes in is thoughtful. As someone who works from home and is constantly in work meetings, having this device makes taking a walk for a short meeting a lot easier knowing I can record the call. There is a premium subscription if you wish to use more than three hundred minutes per month, but you do get that for free without paying extra. I received an incentive to write this review.

Subscription. Requires an app.
First, if you plan on using this often, there is a subscription fee after 300 minutes per month. I got this for my husband's business meetings. To prefixes, he is not very tech-savvy. Recording is as easy as a push of the button, but that's where the easy part stopped. The app has too many options and different features with names he didn't understand. We watched several YouTube videos explaining the capabilities and can see how the Plaud could be a very useful tool for some people.. Primarily for college students or someone who attends seminars and would like to get all the information in text format. Possibly another good use would be for someone in a profession that requires phone call recording. Most people are more tech savvy than him and might be able to navigate the app with ease. He wished there was a simpler version of the app. The Plaud seems well constructed and is quite compact with a very thin profile. I put it in the protective case and I can't seem to get it out. Very cool gadget I didn’t know I needed
This Plaud AI voice recorder is very neat. It’s so tiny and goes right on my phone or in my wallet which I love because I don’t even realize I’m carrying another device and when it’s secured to my phone I don’t worry about loosing it. The recording is very impressive, I have a very noisy house with two toddlers and a baby and it had no issue eliminating the background noise. Very useful for appointment with my kids doctors and for work meetings. I received an incentive to write this review.

Great transcriptions and summary starting point!
The first thing I noticed about the Plaud Note is how extremely light and compact it is. It’s the size of a standard credit card and slightly thicker. It was super easy to set up and start using after I downloaded the app. My first test was recording a conversation with my partner and 3 year old daughter. I was amazed with how accurate the transcription and summary were. However, all three of us spoke but only 2 speakers were identified: my daughter was one speaker and I (high pitched female voice) and my partner (low pitched male voice) were somehow combined to be the second speaker. I haven’t had the opportunity to use this in a meeting with more than 3 people, so I’m not sure how accurate this can get everyone’s voices separated but the general transcription and summaries are a good starting point. I’ll continue to use this but also consult the actual recording to cross check. A paid subscription is needed for more minutes, but so far the free 300 min a month is ok for me. Smart Voice and Audio Recorder
This PLAUD Smart AI Voice Recorder is impressive with its MagSafe attachment and ability to record phone calls directly from my iPhone which is something I have always struggled with. The recorded calls are added directly to the app on my phone which is great. The device is slim, attractive, and functional with its convenient on-the-go usage. However, unlocking full features requires a subscription. This is not ideal for those trying to cut subscriptions. I will continue to use the free tier since it should be sufficient for my needs. PLAUD Smart AI Audio Recorder
The PLAUD AI Voice and Audio Recorder has a lot packed into a tiny device. I was a bit worried it would be overwhelming to learn, but the app I downloaded on Google Play Store walked me through everything with prompts and examples that pop up. Really I didn't even need any of that info, because it's as easy as clicking and holding the one button on the device when you want to record. There's 2 recording options via a switch with one of them being attached to the phone working off sound vibrations (I think it says), but I prefer the other which is more like a standard recording and can also record phone calls if on speaker. The recordings are crystal clear, and after my 1st recording I was like, ok now what... and it automatically uplaoded for me on the app. I could easily auto edit recordings cropping out dead space time with one click, and so many other incredible features this would be a gem for any college class. plaud AI voice recording product
My husband is obsessed with this thing! He uses it to record meetings and his life has been so much easier ever since he started using PLAUD. It connects to his phone with a magnetic strip. It is very strong and hard to get off, which he likes. He records meetings and when a meeting is over, it automatically transcribes and summarizes the meeting and even puts next steps on there too. The only downside is that you do have to pay for a subscription monthly to utilize all of the pro options. Overall, highly recommend for anyone who needs an assistant! Great for recording lectures and video transcript
I was excited to try out the Plaud Note ai voice recorder. On their website it shows that there is a pc/Mac compatible app, but it’s not clear that you still have to link it to your phone in order to utilize the ai generation feature, I wish that fact was more clear. I was hoping to be able to independently use the plaid note and choose if I wanted it to link to my phone or pc depending on what and where I was. Would be great for converting lectures to notes. It records clearly and links to the desktop app quickly. The case sticks perfectly to my MagSafe case and feels secure. Worth a try for sure. I received an incentive to write this review.

Sleek, discreet, and easy to activate
This is much sleeker than I anticipated, it really does not add much and is a really streamlined looking design. I almost looks like one of those phone cases that is also a wallet. If I saw one, I would not think that it was a recording device. I think the top feature for sure is that you do not have to open the app to start recording, you just push the button. For times you want to be discreet, or even just start recording quickly it's way less cumbersome and obvious than pulling out your phone. Credit Card Size Voice Recorder
This voice recorder feels like a thick credit card. It’s fantastic, small and very versatile. The recorder has a great battery life and has a lot of recording hours too. I used mine to record myself speaking Spanish to fix my speech for my teacher. It is great to be able to hear myself talk and not have to use my voice notes and memory on my phone or iPad.
