Exactly the item needed!
The weather radio that my company had for several years went out and I found this on-line from a local store. It is exactly what I was looking for. It works well playing music and it also has the option to switch over to Weather band. It is compact and works well with the plug in adapter and also has the battery poser back up in which is just 2 "D" size batteries. After testing I placed back in the original box that it come in with batteries in the box in case needed during a storm. As you can see in the picture, it is tucked away in a small office space in case needed for an emergency. I have used it a couple of times to listen to music when I didn't have good signal to listen to music on my phone during lunch.
