Returns & Exchanges
1. OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE At Walmart, we want you to be thrilled with your new gadget. However, we understand that sometimes a device might not fit your setup or needs. We offer a return window of 15 to 30 days (depending on the product category) from the date of delivery for most electronic items.
2. STRICT ELECTRONICS RETURN CONDITIONS Electronics are high-value and easily damaged, so our return requirements are very specific:
- "Like New" Condition: The item must be returned in its original, pristine condition, free of scratches, dents, or signs of heavy use.
- Original Packaging & Accessories: All original retail boxes, packing materials, manuals, remote controls, and cables (power, HDMI, etc.) must be included. Missing accessories will result in a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- Data Privacy & Factory Reset: Before returning gaming consoles, laptops, or smart speakers, you must sign out of all accounts and perform a complete Factory Reset. We are not responsible for any personal data or digital accounts left on returned devices.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE) For copyright protection and anti-piracy reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned if the factory seal has been broken:
- Physical video games, PC software, and DVD/Blu-ray discs.
- Digital Download Codes, digital wallet top-ups, and gift cards. (Note: If you receive a physically defective game disc, we will happily exchange it for the exact same title).
4. RETURN & REFUND PROCESS To initiate a return, please email us at Walmart@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. Once our New Jersey service center receives and inspects the device (typically within 3–5 business days), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
