Once again - not as advertised
This was my 2nd attempt at getting one of these HP portable scanners. I returned the PS100 in May 2025 because the box said it would scan to 1200 dpi but HP's support said no, only 100 dpi. This new one - the PS200 - also will not scan higher than 300 dpi even though the box clearly say up to 1200 dpi. So yes, this one is going back to Target as well and I'll find another brand.
