If only I knew?
Print quality and speed is very good. The installation process was poor, the instructions were incorrect but I was able to figure it out on my own. I leave the printer on 7/24 but sometimes it doesn't connect via wifi and I have to power off/on to get it to connect. I don't like the display screen on top of the printer. I'd prefer it be on the front (and larger) becuase I keep the printer on a shelf so I can't see the display on top easily.

Rich Color and Fast
While I have had HP color inkjet printers for decades, the 3201dw brings color printing to another level allowing me to appear professional and polished. The color is rich and the detail is outstanding. I often have to make multiple copies and the 3201dw ensures the originals are true to color with great clarity. It prints very quickly and the user interface is intuitive. Everything needed for the initial set up is included and the directions are easy to follow. Exceptional printer!

Color Laser Printer with built in WiFi
Set-up was super easy. Everything was on the screen, and I didn’t even open the instruction book. I am pleased to say that it runs more smoothly and generates even better prints than the older version. It was easy to set up to work wireless. I also like the white color is comes in. A little noisy when it's printing but only last for about 15 seconds per page. I also like the touch screen menu which tilts for optimal viewing.

Fast and high quality
The Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw is an exceptional addition to our family with two school-age kids and a teacher mom. We needed a replacement printer for an older one that broke and decided to try a color laser jet for longevity and speed. The WiFi connectivity was a must with multiple people in the household needing to printing from their devices. The connectivity is seamless, allowing us to print from anywhere in the house using the HP app, which has proven to be incredibly user-friendly. We’ve been very pleased with the quality for school projects as well as when I need it for professional use. However, the print speed is really what makes this printer stand out from others. It is impressively fast, making our printing tasks quick and efficient. This is essential in a household where we often need to print documents that are comprised of several pages for both personal and professional use. I also appreciate the auto 2-sided printing and the large 250-sheet input tray, which saves us time and hassle. Overall, the Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw printer’s performance and reliability is perfect for our needs.

What Can I say, It's an HP
For as long as I can remember, HP has been synonymous with quality and excellence in printers, both ink and laser. The HP Color Laser Jet Pro 3201dw is no exception. I set up my printer using a WiFi connection, both USB cable and Cat5 are also available options though the cables are not included. It found my WiFi immediately and walked me through the setup process, quickly and without issue. There is a small LCD screen on the front of the printer that allow you to find and modify settings and also notifies you of any issues as well as paper available and status of toner cartridges.. The printer is capable of using a variety of paper sizes such as Letter and Legal as well as others. It has a little confusing, but neat feature with print trays. It reports it has 2 print trays, but one of them is actually a one paper sheet slot. This allows you to use a different paper type such as color without having to make any changes to the main tray. Another advanced feature that I find very cool, is the android and IOS app "HP Smart". This allows you to use your phone to perform functions such as printing documents and photos, but cooler is that you can use it to scan documents and my favorite, Mobile Fax. Mobile Fax allows you to send a fax from your phone and for the time being there is no charge for this service. All and all, what can I say, It is an HP!

Great printer, limited functionality
I ordered this printer and must’ve misread the description as I thought it was going to be an all in one color laser. In fact it’s just a printer. So no scanning, etc. aside from that fact it’s my first laser and I have to say I’m nothing but impressed with both the quality of the print as well as the speed and vibrancy of the color. I’ve done documents and photos, and they shoot out immediately. I also like how it has 2 drawers for different paper sizes and types. Works great printing from my mobile devices as well as my Mac’s. I’d recommended this printer if you’re not needing all of the other office features that this device lacks.

Great entry into laser printing
After starting a small home business that required label printing, I decided a laser printer would probably be the best way to go, but I was very put off by the prices of laser ink cartridges when compared to inkjet. When I saw the HP 3201dw I felt the price of the printer was worth the gamble and decided to jump on board. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that while more expensive the black xl laser cartridge can print 3,100 pages so despite the high price this still made it a good value. The first thing I noticed when the printer arrived was the size and weight, this thing is large and heavy. I was actually a little concerned my flimsy printer stand would not be able to handle it. Once I got it out of the box and made a space for it, the setup was surprisingly easy. I have always had to download large software packs and jump through hoops to install a printer, but with this one, all I had to do was connect it to WIFI and search for it on my windows printer and scanner application. I was able to find the printer and connect within minutes. After a quick software update, I was printing my first sheet. This printer is FAST! I had 5 pages printed before I even realized it, I honestly thought the printer had paused to think, but no it was done! I love the easy auto feed front tray for using different types of papers. This tray comes in really handy for me because I print out a lot of label stickers and usually do different-sized sheets. All I have to do is feed the sheet into the little slot, select the tray and it prints my sheets without fail. I had no plans to download the app for my phone, but I decided to try it out and was very happy to find that I can utilize my phone as a scanner with the app. I thought I had lost the ability to scan. Overall, I am really enjoying this printer as an easy-to-use, no-frills, entry-level laser printer. I love that it is not complicated by excessive buttons or even a touch screen, it does exactly what I need it to do for my small home business and it does it well.

HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw
I first noticed how well HP packaged this printer !! It's pretty big so you're going to need a sturdy table to set it onto. It's wrapped and packaged well to ensure it arrives safelt and it definitely did , despite the box being a little roughed up, the printer was in PERFECT condition. It was so far the easiest of all of my printers to set up, including ZERO issues connecting to the wifi router which is a HUGE plus. The printer is FAST and the color is SUPER BRIGHT and CRISP and it has the paper exit at the top so no need to pull out a tray. So far I am impressed with this amazing new addition.

Great First Impression
Set-up was SUPER easy Everything was on the screen, and I didnt even open the instruction book until I had set it up! The hardest part was getting it out of the box! It was packed in very well. The printer connected to my wi-fi easily and I then did a test print of lined paper from the available templates. It was crisp and well printed. I then sent one of my photos to the printer and before I could walk from the living room to the office it had printed. The color was vibrant and detailed. My first impression is that it's going to be a great printer.

Outstanding Printer
The HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw far exceeded my expectations. I have had great HP printers for years but this one surpasses all of them. The print speed is incredible. In seconds, a high quality printout is ready for my portfolio to show buyers. It comes out dry, and ready to put into a sheet protector. As a sports card dealer, accurate depictions of high-end cards are crucial to my success and the detail in the printout shows the condition of corners, wear, etc. perfectly. Setting up the printer was easy and took about 20 minutes plus the firmware update. When printing, the unit is solid and smooth. I have not experienced any paper jams and the color is true to the file sent. The wi-fi connection is reliable and whether printing from the app or the computer, it is reliable. Very impressed with every aspect of this printer and am confident it will serve me well.
