Delivery package damaged
The product is fine It’s the packaging that it arrived in. No packing material? I get you want to be environmentally concious about waste etc but the product could have been damaged in the process of delivery. I ordered ink from Target a couple of weeks ago and it came with paper packing material that protected the product. This time not so. Along with the box was damaged . One of the pictures I opened the box further from where the box was damaged. I recommend the product not the .packaging.

Sent Expired black cartridge
The shipping is very fast and price is great but it's the first time hp sent me a cartridge that is expired.

Defective color cartridge
Bought 2 weeks ago and next day made 6 photos ... the cartridge was empty when I was beginning to make more for my granddaughters 25 th bday poster

Excellent product & recycle program.
After 10+ years, I finally had to purchase my second HP printer. I have always used genuine HP cartridges without fail! I tried off brands in the past and wound up going back to HP. I also always use their recycle program. They have always provided envelopes to send in cartridges ... no fuss and super easy! I will always remain a loyal customer.

Inks / big box
I bought Black and Tri- colored inks from you. I was very surprised to see a plastic return envelope enclosed to return the old ones!. I LOVE you recycle your products!!! May I make a suggestion..... instead of using a box to ship them (way to Big of a box) Use a padded envelope. It might even save you money. Thanks for listening. Lynda Auburn,WA.
