Used cartridge in a sealed box!!
The box was sealed but when I opened it up to use it, the package was opened and unsealed. The cartridge was definitely used! How does that happen?! I order plenty from Target and my last 5 orders have had faulty items. What’s going on? The pics show exactly what it looked like when opened. I was shocked!

Faulty
The tricolor ink I received is faulty. It is a full brand new cartridge that my printer will not recognize due to the tape on the cartridge being wrong. I wasted a lot of time troubleshooting. I’ve included a picture of the tricolor next to the black cartridge to show the faulty tape.
