REALLY DISLIKE THIS PRINTER
Really dislike this ink guzzler, the cartiage are always full and it's saying it's empty litterly from day to day one day it's full the next it's saying empty , have to constantly run cleaning heads wasting ink I really really Hate this printer Yes it's all Epson Ink , and just replaced a half full yellow because it wouldn't take then immediately now it's saying blue and pink are out and They are Absolutely NOT out

Prints good but breaks everytime there is an update
The printing and the pictures it produces are great, BUT the price of the ink is ridiculous and everytime you install new firmware it will not recognize the ink you currently have no matter how new it is. It will just keep telling you the ink need replacing and then you are out even more money for ink that you should not have to be buying. Also when you go to the support page you can't get through the support page because it keeps asking for information that it has no place to enter the information.

Time Will Tell
I bought this WF-4820 to replace a 5–6-year-old WF-3640 that was suffering a pretty much complete ink system failure (had attempted a cleaning kit that helped for a while but…). This appears to be a pretty common Epson ink jet complaint. Now that being said I really liked the 3640 and it held up better than the competing products I’ve owned over the decades. So, when the time came another Work Force seemed to be the logical choice. As I’m not quite the industrial printer I once was the 4820 looked to be about the best bang for the buck available with enough capability to get by. Setup of the new Epson was pretty run-of-the-mill, it practically begged to join my network. My concern with this new unit is shown in the attached picture. Upon setup the machine had a tough time recognizing the paper tray and insisted it wasn’t installed correctly. After removing the feeder unit numerous times (rear) and the paper cassette looking for some packing material I missed or some form a mystery jam I found nothing. What I appeared to have discover, at least on the unit I have, is the vertical travel ‘notch/window’ for the tray to be perceived as ‘installed’ is extremely sensitive. The output shoot has to be pulled back down while holding the paper cassette in place or else the cassette has a tendency to shift out by a millimeter or so. Now to me that says there is some little (plastic) ‘catch’ that is just barely engaged when the paper cassette is positioned just so. Something tells me this is going to be a continued annoyance or absolute problem down the road. ☹

Great Printer
This Epson Workforce Pro is a must have for any company or in any home that prints and needs a scanner. Has multiple ways to connect to the internet, is a real breeze to set up, easy to follow on screen instructions. Love the quality of the printer. Its definitely high quality and the prints come out great and lighting fast printing even on inexpensive paper. Replacement ink is also budget friendly. Easy to install and use
For many years, I have had several Epson printers for work and personal stuff and always have a good experience with them, this printer is a great upgrade for the one I was using, it has everything I need specially now with homeschooling and work from home at the same time, (printer, scanner, copier and fax). It comes with instructions that makes the installation so easy, I had everything setup for two laptops and one mobile in about 30 minutes, no cables or CD needed, I only had to download the software on line and follow the easy steps listed or given by the printer or the device. The quality of the printing is good, same for the making copies, (it can be changed according to each one needs), the scanner has a good resolution and it allows to save the documents to the computer, cloud or email it in different file formats like PDF or image JPG (these two are my favorite and more useful for me), same than the fax, this I really do not have so much use for, but it works pretty well too. Works Quickly & Effectively
This Epson Workforce Pro WF-4820 Wireless All-in-One Printer is super helpful to print just anything. It was the first time that I used a printer by Epson. I have heard a lot of good things about this brand and this printer did not disappoint. The printer comes with instruction sheets in a few different languages such as English and French. It also comes with 4 different inks and of course the power cord. The printer also comes with CD-ROM to install the program on your computer. It does not include any USB cable and an ethernet cable which may be required if you plan to directly connect them to the computer/laptop when printing. I already had a USB cable at home and I just needed that to connect the printer to my laptop for installation purposes. Unboxing: It was super simple and easy to unbox this printer. I like that the instructions are clear, simple and easy to follow. I haven't unboxed many printers before, even then I found the process to be quick and easy to follow. I like that the printer only has one power button and that made it so much easier to use this product. Installation: It took a little while for my laptop to install the program, but it was straightforward. It was easy to use the touchscreen to install the inks as well as do a test print. The printing came process was natural, nothing complicated about it. Pros: Printing is super fast and efficient. Prints precisely and professionally. Super easy and fun to use touchscreen. Stylish and flexible touchscreen. Print right from laptop or phone using WIFI. Lightweight and professional printer. Paper doesn't crumble. Cons: none that I can think of. Attached are some images for unboxing and a sample print image of dolphins. Just what I wanted.
I am really enjoying this printer and all of the features it has to offer! It’s easy to hook up and wireless is a breeze. I use it daily for my daughters school work since we are now doing school from home. It’s great with everything we need from printing worksheets to scanning completed papers to send back to the teacher. The printer has a great deal of features that I love. I mostly love the ease of wireless access. I can print things quickly from my phone without having to be directly connected to the printer via computer. The screen tilts up which is another feature I appreciate. The ink cartridges are interesting as they are flat so I’m excited to see how long they’ll last. A major plus is the paper tray holds a lot of paper so I don’t have to keep filling the tray every few days. Printing is smooth and doesn’t seem to waste a lot of unnecessary ink. Overall I’m very pleased with this printer and everything that I have tested on it so far.

Epson is the best!
I received the workforce pro printer a week ago and I have to say this is the best printer I've ever come across. very easy to set up and I got things going fast! It was neatly packaged and easy to inbox and it's not too bulky or heavy. My printer came with the power cord, instruction booklet, ink cartridges, and a CD for easy setup. Furthermore, faxing, copying, and scanning is just as easy as loading the paper. You can also print things from you from your phone with cloud print. I'm loving the way it works and the touchscreen is huge! It 4.3. Very convenient and easy to read. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. It's the size of a cell phone! It comes with four ink cartridges. Wow! They were easy to pop in and it was ready for use. The workforce pro has double-sided printing and conveniently has a 250 paper capacity so I don't have to constantly load paper all-day which is perfect for my business! It's so much great quality in this printer you will never have to worry about purchasing another printer, Ever! Epson has the best quality printers business owners can ask for. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I'm always excited to use it. Such a lifesaver! It does all the work for you. I definitely recommend this product!
