Control panel screen much too SMALL!
Love the printer. Wireless connection was problematic but I persevered????. The only complaint I have is the control panel on the front of the printer. I am a senior citizen and navigating the very small control panel was a challenge. A one inch screen just won’t cut it. It has to be the smallest control panel on any piece of computer equipment I have ever seen.
Poorly designed
First off, I don't like the screen and the buttons at all on this model. Why is the screen so small, it only measures about one inch by one inch. The buttons are not labeled with words but with instead with random symbols. The words PRINT or COPY or SCAN among others would be helpful written on the control panel. Who thought this design was a good idea? The buttons aren't back lit either, the only back lit button is the power button. The screen is so small that makes it hard to read and navigate controls. The less inexpensive Epson eco tank model that we used to have was designed much better than this model, I assumed the more expensive printer would be an upgrade. The way that the paper is fed into the top it is not a good design either, and the trays and their doors also seem very thin and cheaply made, that also goes for the scanner cover too. This printer is a disappointment, I truly expected better for the brand and price. I wouldn't recommend this printer.

So easy to use and very convenient!
First, let me say that I love this printer. It's just so easy to use and highly convenient. I love that it's wireless, and that helps a lot because I have always wanted to easily print pictures from my phone. I'm so happy about this printer. The scanning process, printing, and initial set up was great. It is so simple to do everything. Even loading the color cartridges was simple. The time it takes to print each picture is better than I expected. Pairing the printer with my wifi was easy to do as well. From the moment I opened the box, I've been printing all of my favorite pictures. Feels like I should open up a gallery at this point. The quality is just amazing. It's such a perfect addition! I just wish I had taken pictures of it out of the box. Unfortunately, I'm moving, so I kept the box and just put it back in there at the moment.
Nice home printer
I use a high end printer on a daily basis for our home business, so I was hesitant on how well this one would work. Setup was easy and it prints nicely. Will use for basic printing from here on out.

I love this printer! It’s so easy to setup and easy to use. I like that the ink reservoirs are simple to fill and visible. I’ve used this printer via Bluetooth without issue numerous times. I made a colorful Disney countdown that my kids loved. I attempted to add a short video but it would not load via Influenster :(
Easy setup with nice prints
Setup was super easy and print quality was high. Connectivity was pretty simple. The bottles of ink seem much more environmentally friendly than old cartridges.

I really like how easy it was to connect this printer and start printing. The quality of the printer's pictures is excellent, and it prints quickly too. Plus I love how the ink is refillable.

This printer is very easy to setup. The ink efficiency is really amazing. Also the printer speed and quality is good. Very easy put paper into the printer. Also connect to the internet and mobile devices were very easy.

After the connection problems, great!
The first impression of this printer was awful. It would see my network, but refused to connect for days of trying. Randomly, one time after changing nothing, it finally connected. Once connected, the quality was great, the refilling was easy and simple, everything was great. I only with the networking was as simple and easy so I could have given it 5 stars!
