empty box for $400 plus cost
Can't rate the iPad since target delivered an empty box that was retaped and will not replace until there is an investigation. No wonder target is struggling. Last time using target for delivery.
MISLED BY APPLE! NOT PURPLE! IMproperly boxed for shipping by Target
Apple saturated the photo of the iPad to appear purple, which it is NOT! I wasted my time and money matching items for a gift!!!! Had she known it was not really purple, she would have bought a MacBook! WE were shocked when she received it today. This earns a no star for deception!
If I could give a 0 star rating I honestly would. I am so disappointed in this company. The one time I ordered from target I received the wrong item when I took what I got delivered to my house to the store they looked at me and told me there was nothing that they can do and that I had to call the one 800 number for customer care. I called that number and they told me the same thing when I asked to escalate the situation, the lady told me that there was nothing that they could do either and I would have to wait for an email by far disappointed and probably will never again order from target that was a one time mistake and I will not allow to happen again their customer care and quality is such a disappointment right now especially during holiday season I paid $433 for an iPad and you guys gave me a box full of weights.
Damaged box
I haven’t opened yet because it’s a gift but the box is damaged so I’m hoping the iPad is ok!!
Ipad Box damaged.
The box has a razor blade slice across it and is crushed in the corner. I am giving this as a gift so I don’t want to open it, I am praying the iPad itself isn’t damaged inside. I hate that it looks like I picked it up as a garage sale.

A very bad experience. I suggest you don't go.
I just checked out and found that the actual payment was over $150 more than what was shown in the pictures. This was a terrible experience, so I promptly cancelled the order and will never log onto their website again. Disappointing.
