Confused, still unsure what this is used for. I’m not a reader so perhaps it’s more for ebooks but I tried browsing the internet and it kept crashing. I find anything not run with iOS frustrating. But I want to make it work so I’ll be reading other reviews from other users. Battery life is decent so that’s a plus.

Great user interface and display quality
I really like the look and touch of this tablet! My eyes aren’t strained even when using for a long time, while the interface is also easy to use. I like that Alexa is built in so I can use it hands free.

Easy to use, fast and practical.
The Fire tablet was very easy to set up and super user friendly. I was surprised at how lightweight it is. This will definitely e a welcome addition to focusing on reading without the distraction of phone notifications.

It's aight
I'd say this tablet is pretty decent. It's more of a child's tablet. Nothing compares to my iPad but it still does a great job. Fun for reading and playing videos. Just don't draw on it. Dropped it already and it is very durable.

Solid first impressions—easy setup, good display,
just got the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2024), and so far, I’m impressed with its value for the price. The setup was quick and easy, and the interface is simple to navigate, though it’s very Amazon-focused. The display is bright and clear, making it great for watching videos and reading. It feels lightweight but sturdy, and the size is perfect for on-the-go use. I haven’t tested the battery life fully yet, but it seems promising. Looking forward to exploring more features and seeing how it handles apps and multitasking over time!

Nice beginner tablet
I have wanted a fire tablet for a while but just haven't gotten one. So I found it quite amazing to try one out! First off, the tablet feels really nice. It is a little heavy but it is an 8" tablet. The quality of the resolution seems really decent. The one down side to this thing IS the camera. However, that is not a killer for me as I don't plan to use it for the camera. The expandable storage space is really nice to have on it. I do wish the tablet wasn't preloaded with so many apps I won't use though. I was able to find apps I want with no problem. I also love that it seamlessly has my Kindle account on here. I JUST got a Kindle for Xmas and while this fire tablet won't replace it, I like that the app is there for me.

My new favorite toy!
This iis my first tablet ever so I'm so excited and played with it right after it arrived. It was pretty easy to set up and seems to perform goofed with a long lasting battery. The display is beautiful. Clear and crisp. The camera is placed in an off area but with practice I'm sure it won't be a problem. It feels sturdy but I still put a protective case on it right away. So far it's much easier to use than my cell!
