Pros: + Extremely lightweight + Stylish, gold front with an almost infinity edge + Adjustable tilt stand + Nice picture (Im not a gamer so cant comment on refresh rates) Cons - Horrible speakers. Im using this as a second monitor so you might want to look elsewhere if sound is important. - Stand does not have vertical adjustment - Power button is to the left of a pop-out light, so I kept trying to push the pop-out light to turn on/off until I got used to it.

Im very happy with this monitor. I use it for work and mostly run AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications (no gaming). I have sensitive eyes and use it with Windows high contrast black settings (white text on black background). The monitor has a "dark room" setting that turns the brightness down to almost zero. The blacks are very black with no noticeable back light. The monitor is very clear. My 2nd monitor is a more expensive (but older) Dell Ultrasharp 27" with identical resolution (2560x1440). I cant tell the difference between the two monitors other than that Asus has deeper blacks. I also like the narrow bezel on the top and side. Im not crazy about the gold non-height adjustable stand, but raising it up by putting a book underneath works fine. Good monitor for the price.

Its probably my fault for not paying closer attention or understanding the implications of the specs. I have an ASUS 24 inch monitor so was expecting the same but this is not the same quality. Pros: Decent resolution although not so apparent as an improvement from my 24 inch Minimal frame outside screen so nice clean design Matte black surface which minimizes glare Cons: Key - only cover sRGB color gamut, not Adobe RGB and that makes a big difference in colors for landscape photography Bottom section is gold for some strange reason which detracts from the otherwise neutral black feel of the rest of the monitor Stand is flimsy, and will not adjust in height, and monitor will not swivel on horizontal axis Even after color balancing calibration could not get colors to look right No USB ports and no SD card reader (yes I should have noticed that) Now to be fair the items I really wanted were not in this lower priced monitor so my fault, but it isnt great for photo editing as a result

I get migraines and my eyes are very sensitive to bright blue screens as a result. These screens really helped me get through work. The brightness is adjustable and the color scheme is easy on the eyes. I personally would like it if you could make the screens even darker than their lowest setting for working in the dark, but Im unusual. Great product.

This monitor replaced my ten year old Gateway. What an awesome upgrade. The eye care feature is just what I needed. My eyes feel better already. I love how small the front bezels are. Vibrant gorgeous colors. Only bad thing I have found about it is the sound. It is just horrible, but I wasnt intending to use it for sound anyhow.

I hate this purchase and I am being reasonable. I hook up the monitor am like wait Resolution looks very low. Went ahead to adjust the settings. Look back at the the screen am like it still looks low. Plus my laptop screen IPS why is it so crappy on the monitor? I went on my 4K TV hook up my laptop and scale down to 1080p at 100% am like how on earth does a 50" TV looks better at 1080p than a 23" monitor? The smaller Resolution should be superior because it has more pixel density .... but why, I then went to my old 1280×800 display and wow they are almost identical. This product makes me sick it only looks beautiful on the outside but the display is disgusting. The square pixel on the screen are very big when I look in closer thats if your eyes are good as mine you can see them. This can never be a 1080p monitor its already been zoom up to that Resolution. I should return this peice of Junk!!! I am very disappointed. It matches 1366×768 display ... 100% fake even the low Resolution monitors at work looks better than this. Wish I didnt make this purchase. Asus never again

After about 8 months of use, the screen showed a dark area in the upper corner. I returned it to ASUS for repair as it was under warranty. They were absolutely no help and indicated it was my fault even though this monitor has been unmoved since being placed on my desk after unpacking. Servicing it would cost more than the monitor cost. If their monitors last less than one year from purchasing, I would never be confident in buying their product again, nor would I recommend this monitor to anyone else.

So far so good! Bought this for my home because sometimes I work from home instead of the office. My work laptop is a PC and my personal laptop is a MacBook Pro... this monitor works wonderful with both! I also love the white color, very sleek and feminine... perfect to match my office decor. The display is clear and the monitor is lightweight. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good monitor on a budget. Speakers aren’t very great, but I don’t need to use them much anyway so it’s OK.

So far this monitor has been really great. I purchased two of them for office use and the color and quality have far exceeded expectations. Also, with the low glare(matte finish) display it really makes viewing easy, especially since my office has a lot of light coming in. The speakers are not great. Basiclly the loudest they provide is comparable to 50% on my laptop so I only use my laptop to listen to sound if I need it. I would definitely recommend buying speakers if you need it for watching movies or other audio. There are filters for standard, gaming, and night time use, but I find I do not need to shift between them since I like the low light/blue filter option. If you are looking for a great quality monitor and can live without the speaker functionality then this is a great option.
