No output to internal/external displays (3 days)
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought for wife after very carefully choosing this model without the AI-centric CPU. After about a week she finally set it up. On day 3 or 4 of use the display stopped working, cycling through all-white, orange, green, blue, red, black, etc. She followed all steps online and with phone-support. It worked for about 1 or 2 hours on an external display before then crapping out and not outputting to either display. Startup audio still works, including sounds to login (via biometrics) however nothing can be done. Fully drained the battery, then recharged and still no luck. 1-month in, there's still no signs of life and phone support wouldn't help my wife because it was purchased in my account under my name and credit card. I'm home now to deal with it but am skeptical if Lenovo will replace it with a new unit (not refurbished) or try and upsell me to a delicately avoided model. Looks like I lost the lottery with this otherwise reliable device with a low 'lemon' rate. Ah well!

I have been using this laptop for school for about 2 months now, and I have no complaints Although this laptop excels at school work, mainly google docs and other such things, it can also run hefty programs, such as photoshop quite well, making it a great and budget friendly choice for consumers.
