Misleading product very bad experience with seller
This product was a complete disappointment. It was advertised as a Refurbished HP ProDesk 600 G6 Tower with Intel Core i7-10700, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, and Windows 11 Pro, but what I actually received was completely different. ???? I’ve attached a photo of the unit I received showing it clearly came with an Intel Core i5 8th Gen processor, only 16GB of RAM, and Windows 10 Pro. This is not what was advertised. On top of that, the seller stated that the product would arrive by October 3rd, but I didn’t receive it until October 8th. I lost valuable time and money waiting for a product that was not even as described. I contacted Target support on October 2nd, hoping to resolve the issue, but I was told they couldn’t help me because the purchase was made through a third-party seller. That response was extremely frustrating, considering that I made the purchase through Target.com. ⚠️ This has been a stressful and disappointing experience. I do not recommend buying this product or trusting this seller. I hope Target takes action to protect customers from misleading listings like this one.
