Shipping box damaged and item was NOT properly protected
So I received the package I ordered for my son today for a Christmas present…shipping box was all beat up. Now I don’t blame Target for that however, Target please have your employees actually package the contents inside the box-meaning the packaging should be wrapped around the product NOT just on top of the product, where there is NO protection on the bottom or sides of product! Oh and would it hurt to use BETTER packaging materials besides flimsy packing paper?! The actual product doesn’t appear to be damaged…hopefully the product works once my son gets to use it on Christmas day and after.????????
