This small storage fits in the palm of your hand, but packs a punch! Easy to use. Comes with its connections and no issues connections with other devices. It works quickly depending on the speed of your system. Doesn't run programs in the background so it doesn't rob your devices of free memory or stress RAM in any way. Durable and sleek! Best portable ssd!
This has been an amazing SSD. I am on my 3rd Xbox but still on the same SSD. I am going to buy another to have on my laptop as well. Also, These would absolutely be the best backup drives for photos and videos you want to save. I highly recommend!

Great product for storage and convenience
The SSD is a great product overall. For one, it packs a big storage space, which was able to store many files. I moved over thousands of pictures and videos, which it handled easily. It also uses the USB-C 3.2 interface, which made it easy to connect to phones, allowing me to access files on the go, without a computer. The transfer speed was fantastic, I was able to transfer gigabytes upon gigabytes of media with ease. Lastly, the durability seems great. It looks to be made of durable metals, surviving some bending. Overall, a great storage solution.

High Capacity + High Performance + Mobile Friendly
I’ve been using the Samsung Portable SSD T7 4 TB USB 3.2 Gen 2 for several weeks now, and the experience has been thoroughly positive—especially for anyone managing large files, working on creative projects, or simply seeking reliable, high-speed external storage. From the moment I plugged it in, the performance stood out. Transfers of large video files and photo libraries consistently hit what felt like “desktop SSD speed” territory, thanks to a USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface and NVMe-based architecture. According to the specs, sequential reads can go up to 1,050 MB/s and writes up to 1,000 MB/s.  On my setup, I moved a multi-gigabyte project folder in minutes rather than the tens of minutes I was used to—saving many cycles for actual work instead of waiting. The form factor is another pleasant surprise: compact, sleek, and light enough to carry or stash in a gear bag without taking much space. The metal casing feels premium and gives confidence that I’m working with a device built for regular use. The model’s dimensions (85 × 57 × 8 mm) and weight (~72 g) reflect that portability.  In terms of daily workflow, I used it connected to both a desktop and a laptop (USB-C to C and USB-C to A). It acted as a seamless extension of my main system—applications and files load quickly, editing directly from the drive is totally viable, and I didn’t encounter bottlenecks that made me question its “external SSD” nature. There are some things to keep in mind: to get the full speed benefit, your host machine and cable need to support USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10 Gb/s) and ideally UASP mode.  Also, while the drive gets warm under sustained heavy transfers, I didn’t notice any thermal throttling or concerns in my usage. Overall, this Samsung Portable SSD T7 (4 TB) is an excellent choice if you need high capacity plus high performance in a mobile-friendly package. It strikes a strong balance between speed, portability, and reliability. If you’re working with large datasets, 4K/8K media, or just want roomy and speedy expansion for your system, this drive delivers.

Sleek, premium and fast
Its fast! As fast as advertised! And its so thin and lightweight I love it. Feels premium. I bought it to use for my raw footage while editing and the capacity is more than enough. I love everything about it. No complains!

Fast and light, my favourite external storage
Plenty fast, quite compact and light, and it even looks great. Works fine on Linux. 2TB isn't my largest drive, but usually it's enough capacity, I use this one almost exclusively since I got it just because it's faster and more portable. I would recommend it if you need fast external storage.
