I absolutely love these! They are great quality for only $40. You can’t beat that. Love the muted pink color also. Very elegant looking. Would highly recommend these to anyone who doesn’t want to spend over $100 on headphones.
Worst customer service
I bought this one online. But the product came damaged. When I spoke to customer service, they ask me to go to the store return it and order a new one. They are least bit supportive. My son needs headphones for school and this keeps getting delayed

where have these been all my life?
I only have positive things to say rn. First time purchasing these headphones and pls make them forever so I can replace them when needed. I wouldn’t call myself a headphone connoisseur so this review comes from someone who has previously used (and lost) 300 million pairs of AirPods and beats that’s I loved btw (the over the head ones that died after 5 yrs). I currently manage a household of 5 family members and headphones help me focus when cleaning, cooking, working around the house and obviously A MUST for roadtrips. They’re lightweight so I don’t get a headache (iykyk) and I can comfortably leave one ear out to be able to listen to background noise (a must when living with kids with brains still developing). I also enjoy wearing them over both ears when I need to stay extra focused bc it blocks out all types of background noise (husbands cheering for football, dogs with loud breathing & kids fighting included) The color options? White, black and pink I got the pink so cute! $40?! Compared to what I’ve paid for beats and AirPods (and by I I mean my husband), you really couldn’t convince me NOT TO buy these. And finally, I save the best part for last—the long ahh battery life!!! The description says 50 hrs but I’m gonna say it’s more like 500. I’ve had these for 3 weeks and haven’t charged them ONCE. I used them on an 8 hour roadtrip, at least 3 nights of the week to sleep with and they lay around my house on bc I stay forgetting to turn them off and what do you mean they still have 50% battery?!!!!! Apple pls get with Sony ????????
Loose pads
Sound is fine but they are flimsy and the headphone pad fell out within 3 days of using, pads almost cost more than the headphone online, and I have a feeling that I will need to keep rebuying them.

Class leading sound from a cheap pair of on-ear headphones. Clarity is great and the bass is not over powering. The sound can be adjusted to suit your pleasure through the app. Highly recommend
Product stopped working
Eight months after purchase, this product stopped working and won't even charge.
Great quakity
I bought this a couple weeks ago and I’m happy with the product however when I am being called and my headphones are connected it rings quite loudly.
Cute but cheap for a reason.
I have had them since January for my daughter to use when she does school (she's online). I don't have a lot of money to spend on headphones, but I wanted them to at least be good quality. Yet about 4 months ago, one side started being able to turn into a whole 360. Then, literally yesterday, as she took them off, which surprisingly took no force, the one that couldn't turn on a 360 just decided to snap them off immediately annoyed me and, from what I'm hearing, nothing can be done, so I suggest buying a different pair or if you buy these one be okay to spend 40 dollars every time something bad happens to them. + they do have a buyer protection (not sure when I bought these I wasn't offered that but too late for any of that).
Breaking
Loved these so much, lasted all day and more with great comfort, fast charging. But unfortunately when I got my first pair they broke just before a year (I think), and the left earpiece dangled by the cord. It still worked, but was very unconventional. I got another pair, and was very careful. Around the same timeframe the same thing happened, I hadn't dropped these at all and yet it still snapped and hanged down. I'm very unsatisfied by this model.
Below my expectation.
First time I tried this brand. I like Sony but this headphones are not good sound quality, I used to have Bose headphones.
