Cute, comfortable, and work great!
These headphones really impressed me with comfort first, the clamp and padding feel spot-on, and I barely notice them on my head even after long use. The sound is balanced with really strong mids, though the low end could use a little more punch. They handled music, sports, and video editing well. The noise blocking surprised me too, regular talking disappeared but important loud sounds still came through, which I prefer. Bluetooth sounded almost identical to wired, and switching between devices was seamless. The controls are simple, and while the mic isn’t great, everything else makes these easy to recommend for medium to heavy users. They come with a case which makes them easy to store and travel with without damaging them, but the case is rather bulky and would take up a lot of space in a travel bag.

Nice upgrade!!!
This is the best pair of headphones I’ve owned. I’m impressed with the clarity and depth of the sound; it’s a noticeable upgrade from the previous model, delivering the signature sound quality expected from Bose. They are exceptionally comfortable in every situation. I appreciate that some plastic parts have been replaced with metal for added durability, which also enhances comfort. My only complaint is the auto-detection feature: if I remove one earcup, the headphones mistakenly power off. Also, Bluetooth connectivity is limited to two active devices. While this was manageable, unlimited pairing would be ideal. Overall, these headphones are outstanding—I truly love them!

Excellent listening
I got this product a couple of weeks ago. Look and feel are incredible. Loving the immersive mode and noise cancelling I do a lot of walking running and these are fabulous. Snug fit but not tight. No movement. A+

Amazing!
These headphones are a solid 10/10. They’re extremely comfortable, have amazing sound, and I love the overall modern and neutral aesthetic. The noise cancelling feature is by far my favorite. I’ve taken it on multiple trips and it never fails to shut out the noise.

Great sound quality! Noise cancelling is OK.
I would say that the headphones have great sound quality! Some NPR podcasts I've listened to almost felt like they were talking into my ear! The Immersion Mode is neat, too! It's almost like you could actually feel the sound coming into your ears. Listening to ASMR videos makes for a very tingly experience! Also sometimes I'd forget I was even in the same room the sound was so good. I would say that going outside for walks while on Immersion Mode, however, is a little discombobulating, at least for me. Some podcasts sounded a bit off on Immersion Mode. I think maybe movies and sports I had a better experience while on Immersion. I thought that the nose cancellation was good, and I think could be better tuning out people/kids shouting (e.g. at a park). I could still hear people while on Quiet Mode. Not that you'd want to completely be unaware of your surroundings, I think the noise filtering could be better in that regard while trying to study, or just need a mental break. I also thought that the switching between devices on Bluetooth was OK, however sometimes while watching shows on my Google TV, the sound would cut out if I got a notification or any sound played on my phone. Then I'd have to exit out of the app to get the sound back. Then I'd have to disconnect my phone from my headphones because that gets annoying fast! I would say all in all they've got some great sound, are comfortable to wear, and they've got some decent noise cancellation, albeit could be a bit better tuning out some noises.

Touch Controls?
The touch controls do not work on my unit. Otherwise, they're perfect. Noise canceling is second to none. I could also use a bit more base myself but the clarity is exquisite. I'll be returning for a new unit where the touch controls actually work, especially for the price!

SO worth it!
These are the nicest headphones I've ever owned. They are incredibly intuitive. Every problem I've had with other headphones has been solved with these. These are top notch for sound quality! It sounds like a full stereo system. The noise canceling is really where it's at with these and set up only took a few seconds. I feel too long with headphones makes my ears feel hot and I can't use for too long. These are the first that I'm unbothered by that. But I found myself loving some of the smaller details as well. The look is really sleek and cute. The case that I can use and it makes sense. Very nice!!

Phenomenal headphones
Excellent overall quality and function. Outstanding active noise cancellation and the "aware" setting transmits sound perfectly. I have used the original quiet Comfort ultra headphones for a couple of years and have been pleased. My biggest issue with the first generation was that they would turn off when I would bend over. They think that they are being placed horizontally and the auto-off function would kick in. This would happen repeatedly and I would have to push the play button to restart the music or program. This issue seems to have been largely resolved with the 2nd generation. I tried repositioning the headphones while I was wearing them by bending over or lying down while wearing them. On the rare occasion that they went into sleep mode, they would restart when I would move and seemed to learn as they rarely would go back into sleep mode if I performed the same movement.
