Mistakes were made
I bought this one month ago and is without a doubt the worst pair of headphones I’ve ever owned, and is one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The left bud never worked and the complications with my warranty means there’s no way to fix them or get a replacement pair. Now, not even the right earbud works and I’ve tried troubleshooting everything. I would recommend thinking twice before buying JBL headphones or earbuds despite being a long term User of their speakers.

They sent a used item
I just open the package and seems like they sent me a used set. It’s missing an earbud and also the new seals are broken. No where on the page said it was gonna be refurbished or open item. Sold by a 3rd party. I want my money back

Coming from my JBL fan, you gotta do better
My favorite brand JBL great sound quality bad microphone quality the headphones make a beeping noise, put back in the case, as in the Find My feature very annoying. The headphone does not disconnect sometimes when put back in the case, causing audio to still be played in the headphones despite being in the case even the review website is buggy the cursor goes all over the place first pair I bought have charging issues. These are the second one. Disclaimer I did drop it once or twice from waste height I hope all these issues get fixed in the next version very unimpressed

Added. Features but Weak Battery
Tour Pro 3's are my 3rd JBL earbud purchase. The smart case is what truly places these ear buds in another class. I use these for several hours daily. My sole complaint is that battery performance is nowhere near stated specs. When set to Ambient Aware" the best battery performance is around 3.5 to 4-hours (playlist of approximately 30-songs). Recharge is fast when returned to case, but I would appreciate 6-8 hours of play time.

The best earbuds out of many that I've tried.
These earbuds are amazing, they will connect to basically anything. It even connects to the PlayStation 5 and is able to use the mics on the earbuds themselves with about 4 hours of playing time at full volume. These earbuds are absolutely fantastic as they solve all my needs. I highly recommend checking out the Tour One m3s that are coming out, they have the same technology but over the ears. I will be picking them up as soon as they launched this month. If you are having issues with the earbuds I highly recommend reviewing the user manual or resetting the earbuds. If all else fails order a replacement, you probably just got a lemon. These earbuds are quite fantastic with the wide variety of soundstage that are delivers!

No good!
Usually dont write reviews or a picky person but these have been terrible. All my sound equipment is jbl. They missed big time. On my 3rd pair. 1st pair started giving Bluetooth connectivity issues. 2nd one less then 2weeks the left ear bud completely failed. Now on my third pair and scared to take it out of the box. Sound quality is ok but not impressive for price. Jbl disappointed with this one. I will hopefully sell and go back to regular buds smh.

My new favourite earbuds
I have been using the Tour Pro 3 earbuds for a month now and I’m finding them incredible. I always struggle to find earphones that can perfectly fit in my ears (I’ve tried Apple, Samsung, and Jabra ones before) and I always ended up disappointed until I found these. I can run, speak, chew, work out, and sleep on the airplane, and those bad boys just stay there in place. Talking about airplanes, it is simply amazing to wear them on a flight with the noise cancelling on, even if you are not listening to anything on them. It’s so peaceful and quiet. The ANC is definitely much better than the others I had before. The sound quality is also impressive (I’m loving the bass with electronic music). The screen on the charging case gets everyone's attention, and it’s a good alternative to some advanced settings that you’d need to access from the app on your phone. The construction of the case and the earphones feels premium; they seem very solid and sturdy. The only downside for me is that I find the case a bit bulky; I can’t keep it in my trousers pocket, and it could be a bit slimmer. Overall, I’m really happy with them, and I’m very likely to stay in the family and buy new future generations.

I was shocked !
I Have been a keen apple earphone user for a number of years now. But always struggled with them at work with them not working too well with MS Teams. I bought these JBL headphones with the view of using only for work, but they have quite quickly made their way into my ears for all of the headphone use I need. The sound quality is amazing & noise cancelation is exceptional, some how not making you hear your own breathing like other brands can do. Being able to change the settings at a glance on the case screen is also very handy, as is being able to change song from the case. The battery life is pretty good too! The speed that the buds charge from the case is very impressive. But the main thing that has impressed me is that having them connected to my phone listening to Spotify, if a MS teams call comes through on my laptop & answer they automatically swap to the call. Very handy!
